Abstract
Pemahaman konsep merupakan kemampuan yang sangat penting dan harus dimiliki oleh peserta didik karena dapat memudahkan peserta didik dalam memahami dan mempelajari konsep materi pembelajaran di tahap selanjutnya. Peningkatan pemahaman konsep peserta didik dapat dilakukan dengan memfasilitasi pembelajaran melalui model pembelajaran yang inovatif, berpusat pada peserta didik, serta didukung oleh media pembelajaran yang menarik. Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep yaitu mengimplementasikan model Teams Games Tournament dengan website ular tangga genially. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model Teams Games Tournament dengan website ular tangga genially terhadap pemahaman konsep ekosistem pada peserta didik SMA. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuasi eksperimen dengan desain penelitian Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 68 peserta didik dengan masing-masing kelas sebanyak 34 peserta didik yang dipilih menggunakan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen tes pemahaman konsep berupa soal pilihan ganda dan terdapat lembar observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji prasyarat dan uji hipotesis melalui independent sample t-test. Hasil uji hipotesis mengidentifikasikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model Teams Games Tournament dengan website ular tangga genially terhadap pemahaman konsep ekosistem pada peserta didik SMA. Penerapan model Teams Games Tournament dengan dengan website ular tangga genially dapat dijadikan upaya dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep peserta didik SMA pada materi ekosistem.***** Conceptual understanding is a very important ability and must be possessed by students because it can make it easier for students to understand and learn the concept of the next learning material. Improving students' understanding of concepts can be done by facilitating learning through innovative learning models, centered on students, and supported by interesting learning media. One effort to improve conceptual understanding is to implement the Teams Games Tournament model with the snake and ladder website genially. This study aims to determine the effect of the Teams Games Tournament model with the snake and ladder website genially on the understanding of the ecosystem concept in high school students. The research method used is a quasi-experimental method with a Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design research design. The sample used in this study was 68 students with 34 students in each class selected using the Simple Random Sampling technique. The data collection technique used a conceptual understanding test instrument in the form of multiple choice questions and there was an observation sheet for the implementation of learning. The data analysis technique used in this study used prerequisite tests and hypothesis tests through independent sample t tests. The results of the hypothesis test identified that there was an effect of the Teams Games Tournament model with the snake and ladder website genially on the understanding of the ecosystem concept in high school students. The implementation of the Teams Games Tournament model with the snakes and ladders website can be used as an effort to improve high school students' conceptual understanding of ecosystem material.
