Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui reaksi kepuasan peserta pelatihan terhadap pelaksanaan program pelatihan “Kelas Kreatif” pada aspek instruktur/pelatih, fasilitas dan prosedur pelatihan, waktu untuk penilaian rekasi, materi dan latihan pelatihan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada guru-guru yang telah mengikuti program pelatihan di SD Negeri Klender 10 Pagi, Jakarta Timur. Model evaluasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Kirkpatrick level 1 (reaksi). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan angket/kuesioner dan analisis data menggunakan teknik presentase. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa para peserta pelatihan merasa puas terhadap penyelenggaraan program pelatihan “Kelas Kreatif”. Hasil ini menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan program pelatihan memberikan efek yang positif bagi guru-guru. Dengan demikian, disarankan untuk penyelenggara pelatihan meningkatkan kualitas program pelatihan, khususnya fasilitas karena dapat mempengaruhi jalannya kegiatan tersebut. The purpose of this study was to determine the reaction of training participants’ satisfaction with the implementation of the Creative Class training program on instructor/trainer aspects, training facilities and procedures, time for reaction assessment, training materials and training. This research was conducted on teachers who had participated in training programs in SD Negeri Klender 10 Pagi, East Jakarta. The evaluation model used in this study was Kirkpatrick level 1 (reaction). Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires and data analysis using percentage techniques. The results of this study showed that the training participants were satisfied with the implementation of the training program Creative Classes have a positive effect on teachers. Thus, it is recommended that these results show that the implementation of training programs provides training providers to improve the quality of training programs especially facilities because they can influence the course of these activites.
