Abstract

Rintisan usaha jasa fotografi "Potret Time Studio" berfokus pada layanan self foto studio dan photobox yang dilengkapi dengan jasa make up dan wardobe. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kelayakan usaha ini dengan mengidentifikasi peluang pasar, menentukan spesifikasi produk, serta mengembangkan strategi pemasaran yang efektif. Analisis dilakukan terhadap aspek pasar, metode pemasaran, teknis, manajemen usaha, dan aspek finansial untuk memastikan bisnis ini mampu bersaing di pasar fotografi yang kompetitif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode mix methods. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Potret Time Studio memiliki pangsa pasar pada rentan usia 15-25 tahun ke atas dengan strategi pendekatan melalui media sosial. Potret Time Studio memiliki nilai bersih (NPV) yang positif, menandakan bahwa investasi ini menguntungkan dan layak diterima dengan Payback Period) diperkirakan sekitar 8 bulan. Selain itu, titik impas (Break Even Point) dicapai pada pendapatan sebesar Rp 162.625.000 pada bulan ke 9 dengan modal awal sebesar Rp. 150.000.000. Hasil uji yang dilakukan oleh ahli ekonomi dan ahli praktisi bisnis menunjukkan usaha ini layak dijalankan. Hasil wawancara pelanggan menunjukkan bahwa usaha ini sangat potensial untuk berkembang. Dengan hasil penelitian ini, Potret Time Studio diharapkan dapat berkembang secara berkelanjutan dan memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan di industri fotografi. ***** The photography service startup “Potret Time Studio” focuses on self-photo studio and photobox services, complemented by makeup and wardrobe services. This study aims to evaluate the feasibility of this business by identifying market opportunities, determining product specifications, and developing effective marketing strategies. The analysis covers market aspects, marketing methods, business management, and financial aspects to ensure the business can compete in the highly competitive photography market. This research employs a mix-methods approach. The results of the study show that Potret Time Studio has a market share in the age range of 15-25 years and above with an approach strategy through social media. Potret Time Studio has a positive Net Present Value (NPV), indicating that the investment is profitable and feasible. The Payback Period is estimated to be around 8 months. Additionally, the Break-Even Point (BEP) is reached at a revenue of Rp 162,625,000 in the ninth month, with an initial capital of Rp 150,000,000.The results of tests conducted by economists and business practitioners show that this business is feasible to run. The results of customer interviews show that this business has great potential to grow. With the results of this study, Potret Time Studio is expected to develop sustainably and make a significant contribution to the photography industry.
