Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pilihan metode pembelajaran dan materi pada rencana pelaksanaan layanan (RPL) bimbimgan klasikal guru BK di SMAN se-Kecamatan Jatinegara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Penelitian dilakukan di 4 sekolah Se-Kecamatan Jatinegara dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah dokumen dari RPL bimbingan klasikal guru BK yang berjumlah 27 dokumen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey. Alat pengumpulan data berupa angket penilaian dari APKG (Alat penilaian kinerja guru). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pada pada aspek materi pembelajaran berada pada kategori cukup Sesuai dengan persentase 63% (17), pada aspek media pembelajaran berada pada kategori kurang Sesuai dengan persentase dengan hasil 63% (17), dan pada aspek strategi pembelajaran berada pada kategori kurang Sesuai dengan persentase dengan hasil 52% (14). This study aims to find out the illustration of learning methods choices and the Service Implementation Plan materials of Guidance and Counseling Teachers’ (BK teachers’) guidance classical in high schools throughout Jatinegara District. This research uses quantitative research methods with descriptive approach. The study was conducted in 4 schools in Jatinegara District with saturated sampling technique. The subjects in this study were 27 documents of Service Implementation Plan from BK teachers' classical guidance. The research method used was a survey. Data collection tool was in the form of assessment questionnaire. The results showed that in the aspect of learning material with quite appropriate results in 63% (17), in the aspect of learning media with results less than 63% (17), and in aspects of the strategy learning with poor results is 52% (14).
