Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh keaktifan berorganisasi dan pengalaman magang terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang peneliti gunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Negeri Jakarta angkatan 2021 sebanyak 906 mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportionate random sampling menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan margin of error sebesar 5% sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini 277 mahasiswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS versi 4.0. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan terdiri dari analisis outer model dan analisis inner model. Hasil dari perhitungan X1 terhadap Y menunjukkan bahwa skor Original Sample sebesar 0.500 dan T-Statistic sebesar 7.743 > 1.96 serta nilai P-Value sebesar 0.000 < 0.05. Kemudian untuk X2 terhadap Y diperoleh skor Original Sample sebesar 0. 494 dan T-Statistic sebesar 7.199 > 1.96 serta nilai P-Value sebesar 0.000 < 0.05. Adapun hasil perhitungan F^2 dari variabel X1 terhadap Y diperoleh skor F^2 sebesar 0.713 dan untuk variabel X2 terhadap Y diperoleh skor F^2 sebesar 0. 697. Sehingga dapat diambil kesimpulan pada penelitian ini, bahwa Keaktifan Berorganisasi dan Pengalaman Magang secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kesiapan Kerja mahasiswa.***** This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational activity and internship experience on the work readiness of students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, State University of Jakarta. The research method used by the researcher in this study is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study is all students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, State University of Jakarta class of 906 students. The sampling technique used proportionate random sampling using the Slovin formula with a margin of error of 5% so that the sample in this study was 277 students. The result of the calculation from the variable X1 to Y was obtained a score of 0.713 and for the variable X2 to Y a score of 0 was obtained. 697. Therefore, it can be concluded in this study that Organizational Activity and Internship Experience simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on student Job Readiness.
