Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh penilaian “Video Pembelajaran Menggambar Blus dengan Teknik Digital Menggunakan Aplikasi Ibis Paint” yang dinilai oleh panelis ahli, berdasarkan Aspek Karakteristik Video Pembelajaran, meliputi indikator Clarity Of Massage (Kejelasan Pesan), Stand Alone (Berdiri sendiri), User Friendly (Bersahabat/ Akrab dengan pemakainya), Repretasi Isi, Visualisasi dengan media, Kualitas Resolusi, dan Dapat digunakan secara klasikal atau individual. Video pembelajaran ini juga dinilai oleh dua panelis ahli materi berdasarkan Aspek Penilaian Materi Pembelajaran meliputi indikator Materi, Penyajian dan Kebahasaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pre-eksperimental dengan desain One Shot Case Study, serta menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penilaian diukur menggunakan skala Rating Scale. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrument penilaian yang diberikan kepada empat panelis ahli untuk menilai. Hasil penilaian video pembelajaran menggambar blus dengan teknik digital menggunakan aplikasi Ibis Paint pada aspek nilai karakteristik video pembelajaran memperoleh nilai sebesar 98,3 dalam kategori “Sangat baik”. Hasil penilaian video pembelajaran menggambar blus dengan teknik digital menggunakan aplikasi Ibis Paint, pada aspek penilaian materi pembelajaran memperoleh nilai sebesar 91,8 juga dalam kategori “Sangat baik”. Secara kesuluruhan, video pembelajaran ini memporel nilai persentase sebesar 95,83 sehingga dikategorikan “Sangat Baik” dan layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran desain teknik digital. ***** This study aims to evaluate the Instructional Video on Drawing a Blouse Using Digital Techniques with the Ibis Paint Application, as assessed by expert panelists based on the Characteristics of Instructional Videos, including indicators such as Clarity of Message, Stand-Alone Functionality, User-Friendliness, Content Representation, Media Visualization, Resolution Quality, and Usability in both classical and individual learning settings. Additionally, the video was evaluated by two subject matter experts based on Instructional Material Assessment Criteria, including indicators such as Content, Presentation, and Language. This research employs a pre-experimental method with a One-Shot Case Study design and uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The assessment was measured using a Rating Scale, and data were collected through an evaluation instrument distributed to four expert panelists. The results showed that the instructional video received a score of 98.3 in the Characteristics of Instructional Videos category, which falls under the “Excellent” classification. In the Instructional Material Assessment category, the video received a score of 91.8, also classified as “Excellent”. Overall, the instructional video obtained a total score percentage of 95.83, indicating that it is categorized as “Excellent” and is considered suitable for use in digital design learning processes.
