Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk-bentuk partisipasi nasabah Bank Sampah Cucakrowo dalam mengurangi sampah plastik di Kelurahan Cipinang Besar Selatan RW 02. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis untuk menggali berbagai bentuk partisipasi yang terlibat dalam program tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk partisipasi nasabah dalam program Bank Sampah Cucakrowo dapat dikategorikan dalam lima aspek dengan menggunakan teori Keith Davis, yakni: (1) Partisipasi Pikiran, di mana nasabah memberikan ide, masukan, dan kritik konstruktif untuk perbaikan program; (2) Partisipasi Tenaga, yang ditunjukkan dengan keterlibatan fisik dalam memilah dan menyetorkan sampah, serta kerja bakti; (3) Partisipasi Keahlian, nasabah memiliki keterampilan dasar dalam pengelolaan sampah dengan menerapkan prinsip 3R (reduce, reuse, recycle), dan ekonomi silkular, serta beberapa nasabah juga menerapkan keterampilan khusus seperti memanfaatkan galon bekas untuk dijadikan pot tanaman; (4) Partisipasi Barang, yang berupa sumbangan barang dari warga dan mitra seperti alat operasional dan konsumsi; serta (5) Partisipasi Uang, yang berwujud sistem profit sharing antara kader dan nasabah. Semua bentuk partisipasi ini menggambarkan komitmen masyarakat dalam mendukung keberlanjutan program Bank Sampah Cucakrowo, serta menunjukkan rasa memiliki dan kepedulian yang tinggi terhadap pengelolaan sampah dan lingkungan. Secara keseluruhan, partisipasi masyarakat tidak hanya terbatas pada kontribusi materiil, tetapi juga dalam bentuk pemikiran, tenaga, serta keahlian yang saling mendukung untuk keberlangsungan dan pengembangan program ini. Kata kunci: Partisipasi Masyarakat, Bank Sampah, Sampah Plastik, Pengelolaan Sampah, Program Sosial, Keahlian. ***** ABSTRACT This study aims to identify the forms of participation of Cucakrowo Waste Bank customers in reducing plastic waste in RW 02, Cipinang Besar Selatan Urban Village. The research uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach to explore the various forms of participation involved in the program. The findings show that customer participation in the Cucakrowo Waste Bank program can be categorized into five aspects based on Keith Davis’ theory: (1) Thought Participation, where customers contribute ideas, suggestions, and constructive criticism for program improvement; (2) Labour Participation, reflected in physical involvement in sorting and depositing waste, and community service; (3) Expertise Participation customers have basic skills in waste management by applying the 3Rs principles (reduce, reuse, recycle), and silkular economy, and some customers also apply specific skills, such as repurposing used water gallons into plant pots; (4) Goods Participation, in the form of material donations from residents and partners, including operational equipment and refreshments; and (5) Financial Participation, which takes the form of a profit-sharing system between cadres and customers. These various forms of participation illustrate the community’s commitment to supporting the sustainability of the Cucakrowo Waste Bank program, as well as a strong sense of ownership and concern for waste management and environmental preservation. Overall, community participation is not limited to material contributions, but also includes ideas, labor, and expertise that work together to ensure the continuity and development of this program.
