Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media edukasi berupa pamflet Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) untuk pencegahan demam tifoid di SDN Cijantung 01. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model Four-D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). Tahapan pengembangan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan desain, pembuatan pamflet, uji kelayakan oleh ahli materi dan media, uji coba kelompok kecil dan besar, serta revisi produk. Hasil uji validasi materi kesehatan dan lingkungan memperoleh kategori “Sangat Layak” sementara hasil uji validasi media pamflet memperoleh kategori “Sangat Layak”. Pada uji coba kelompok kecil dan kelompok besar memperoleh respon dengan kategori “Sangat Baik”. Pamflet ini dapat menjadi media yang layak untuk pendukung edukasi pentingnya perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat dalam mencegah demam tifoid*****This study aims to develop an educational media in the form of a Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) pamphlet for the prevention of typhoid fever at SDN Cijantung 01. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the Four-D model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). The development stages include needs analysis, design planning, pamphlet production, feasibility testing by material and media experts, small and large group trials, and product revision. The health and environmental material validation results were categorized as "Highly Eligible", while the pamphlet media validation was categorized as "Highly Eligible". The small and large group trials received responses categorized as "Very Good". This pamphlet is expected to support education on the importance of clean and healthy living behavior in preventing typhoid fever.
