Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kebijakan hutang, pertumbuhan penjualan, dan good corporate governance terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan consumer non-cyclicals di bursa efek indonesia periode 2021-2023. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah kebijakan hutang yang diukur dengan debt to equity ratio (DER), pertumbuhan penjualan, good corporate governance yang diukur menggunakan komisaris independen, dan nilai perusahaan yang diukur dengan menggunakan price to book value (PBV). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, sehingga data yang diperoleh sebanyak 74 perusahaan (212 observasi). Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda data panel dengan menggunakan program E-views versi 12. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan hutang berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan consumer non-cyclicals di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2021-2023. Pertumbuhan penjualan berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan consumer non-cyclicals di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2021-2023. Good corporate governance tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan consumer non-cyclicals di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Kebijakan hutang, pertumbuhan penjualan, dan good corporate governance secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan consumer non-cyclicals di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2021-2023. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan menggunakan proksi lain seperti rasio times interest earned (TIE) untuk kebijakan hutang dan kepemilikan institusional, kepemilikan manajerial, dewan direksi, atau komite audit untuk good corporate governance. Selain itu, perluasan periode penelitian dan jangkauan sampel di luar sektor consumer non-cyclicals dapat meningkatkan validitas serta memberikan gambaran yang lebih menyeluruh terhadap kondisi perusahaan di Indonesia. The variables in this study are debt policy measured by the debt-to-equity ratio (DER), sales growth, good corporate governance measured by the proportion of independent commissioners, and firm value measured using the price to book value (PBV). This research employs a quantitative method. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, resulting in data from 74 companies (212 observations). The analytical method used is multiple linear regression with panel data, conducted using E-Views version 12. The results of this study show that debt policy has a positive effect on firm value in consumer non-cyclicals companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2021–2023 period. Sales growth also has a positive effect on firm value in these companies. Good corporate governance has no significant effect on firm value in consumer non-cyclicals companies. Simultaneously, debt policy, sales growth, and good corporate governance significantly influence firm value in consumer non-cyclicals companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2021–2023 period. It is recommended for future research to use alternative proxies such as the times interest earned (TIE) ratio for debt policy, and institutional ownership, managerial ownership, board of directors, or audit committee for good corporate governance. Additionally, extending the research period and expanding the sample beyond the consumer non-cyclicals sector can enhance validity and provide a more comprehensive picture of company conditions in Indonesia.
