Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk pengembangan sebuah objek wisata di sungai Ciliwung yaitu, Kedung Gede, Lenteng Agung, Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Pada penelitian ini juga menggunakan teknik analisis SWOT yaitu, Strengths (Kekuatan), Weaknesses (Kelemahan), Opportunities (Peluang), dan Threats (Ancaman), yang mana nantinya dapat menghasilkan indikator faktor-faktor, baik internal maupun eksternal. Data yang didapatkan melalui wawancara terhadap informan dan juga melalui observasi yang peneliti lakukan di tempat penelitian. Faktor faktor tersebut, baik eksternal maupun faktor internal nantinya akan dilakukan pemberian nilai bobot dan juga nilai rating sebelum di analisa menggunakan teknik analisis SWOT. Pemberian nilai bobot dan nilai rating, peneliti melakukan dengan teknik angket yang peneliti kembali tanyakan kepada informan/narasumber. Hasil dari teknik analisis SWOT nanti berbentuk strategi-strategi guna untuk memaksimalkan potensi objek wisata yang sedang diteliti. Peneliti juga melakukan penempatan kondisi objek wisata melalui analisis SWOT dalam bentuk kudran sehingga dapat memilih strategi yang efektif untuk memaksimalkan pengembangan potensi dari objek wisata tersebut. Penelitian ini setidaknya menghasilkan 16 strategi yang dapat di impelementasikan untuk Kedung Gede. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan Kedung Gede berada pada Kuadran I yaitu dengan memaksimalkan Strategi SO (Strengths-Opportunities) dan dalam penerapannya ini peneliti melakukan analisa-analisa berdasarkan jurnal-jurnal yang berkaitan dengan strategi-strategi dari analisis SWOT yang peneliti dapatkan untuk Kedung Gede. Kata Kunci : Pengembangan,Wisata, Ciliwung ***** This study aims to develop a tourist attraction on the Ciliwung River, namely Kedung Gede, Lenteng Agung, South Jakarta. This study uses a descriptive method. This study also employs the SWOT analysis technique, which includes Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. This analysis will generate indicators of both internal and external factors. Data was collected through interviews with respondents and observations conducted by the researcher at the research site. Both external and internal factors will be assigned weights and ratings before being analyzed using the SWOT analysis technique. The researcher assigned weights and ratings using a questionnaire that was re-administered to informants/sources. The results of the SWOT analysis technique will take the form of strategies to maximize the potential of the tourist attraction being studied. The researcher also places the condition of the tourist attraction through SWOT analysis in the form of a quadrant so that effective strategies can be selected to maximize the development potential of the tourist attraction. This study produced at least 16 strategies that can be implemented for Kedung Gede. The results of this study place Kedung Gede in Quadrant I, which involves maximizing the SO Strategy (Strengths – Opportunities). In its implementation, the researcher conducted analyses based on journals related to the strategies from the SWOT analysis obtained for Kedung Gede. Keywords: Development, Tourism, Ciliwung
