Abstract

Ramadhan Jabal Primadana, Pengembangan Rencana Pembelajaran Semeseter Kitabah 1 Berbasis CEFR (Common European Framework Reference For Language) Menggunakan Blended Learning . Skripsi: Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Arab Fakultas Bahasa dan Seni Universitas Negeri Jakarta, Januari 2020. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan Rencana Pembelajaran Semeseter kitabah 1 berbasis CEFR menggunakan Blended Learning. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pengembangan berdasarkan Model ADDIE (Analisis, Design, Development, Implementation), Peneliti membatasi langkah metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan langkah: (1) Analisis (Analysis), Analisis kebutuhan dari Mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Arab semester 5 terhadap RPS Kitabah 1, (2) Desain (Design) dan Pengembangan (Development) , peneliti merancang RPS Kitabah 1 yang disesuaikan dengan CEFR tingkat A1 dan blended learning (3) Penilaian produk dilakukan oleh ahli review. Berdasarkan analisis kebutuhan yang diperoleh dari data sejumlah 20 orang diperoleh, indeks kebutuhan terhadap Rencana Pembelajaran Semester kitabah 1 berdasarkan Blended Learning adalah 2,6 (dengan skala 1-3) dengan diperoleh angka 2,6 maka RPS Kitabah 1 berdasarkan Blended Learning sangat dibutuhkan. Berdasarkan RPS berstandar CEFR diperoleh deskripsi mata kuliah kitabah 1 yaitu bertujuan agar mahasiswa mahasiswa memiliki kemampuan merangkai kata dan frase menjadi kalimat sederhana, dan menulis paragraf secara terpimpin. Mata kuliah ini mencakup : menulis frasa dan kalimat sederhana yang terisolasi, menulis angka dan tanggal, nama sendiri, kewarganegaraan, alamat, usia, tanggal lahir dll, menulis frasa dan kalimat sederhana tentang diri mereka sendiri dan orang-orang imajiner, dimana mereka tinggal dan apa yang mereka lakukan, menulis teks deskripsi pendek dan sederhana, melalui surat pribadi, merancang kalimat dalam bahasa Arab dengan bantuan kosakata dan gambar. Berdasarkan penialaian ahli terhadap RPS telah diperoleh nilai 4,19 (dengan skala 1-5) termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Dengan demikian, maka RPS Kitabah 1 dapat dikembangkan dan layak digunakan. This study aims to produce development of RPS Kitabah 1 used by CEFR based on blended learning. The method used in this study is a development method based on the ADDIE Model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation), the researcher limits the steps of the method used in this research, namely: (1) Analysis (Analysis), Analysis of the needs of students of Arabic Languange Education study programs In the 5th semester of Kitabah 1 RPS, (2) Design and Development, researchers designed Kitabah 1 RPS which was adjusted to CEFR level A1 and blended learning (3) Product assessment was carried out by expert review. Based on the analysis of needs obtained from the data of 20 people obtained, the index of needs for the Kitabah 1 Semester Learning Plan based on Blended Learning is 2.6 (on a scale of 1-3) with a figure of 2.6 obtained, then the Kitabah 1 RPS based on Blended Learning is needed. Based on the analysis of academic documents and CEFR, the description of Kitabah 1 is aimed at making students able to arrange words and phrases into simple sentences and write paragraphs in a guided manner. This course includes: writing isolated simple phrases and sentences, writing numbers and dates, own names, nationality, addresses, age, date of birth etc., writing simple phrases and sentences about themselves and imaginary people, where they live and what they do, write short and simple description texts, through personal letters, design sentences in Arabic with the help of vocabulary and pictures. Based on expert judgment on RPS, a value of 4.19 (scale 1-5) was included in the excellent category. Therefore, Kitabah 1 RPS can be developed and feasible to use.
