Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, dan perceived security terhadap behavioral intention dalam penggunaan aplikasi BCA Mobile, dengan satisfaction sebagai variabel mediasi. Latar belakang penelitian ini dilandasi oleh perkembangan pesat teknologi perbankan digital dan meningkatnya kebutuhan masyarakat terhadap layanan mobile banking yang praktis, aman, dan efisien. Untuk itu, penting untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mendorong pengguna untuk tetap menggunakan aplikasi tersebut secara berkelanjutan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Data diperoleh dari 400 responden yang merupakan pengguna aktif BCA Mobile di wilayah Daerah Khusus Ibu kota Jakarta. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner disebarkan secara daring menggunakan skala Likert. Selanjutnya, data dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS versi terbaru. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel eksogen, yaitu perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, dan perceived security, berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap behavioral intention, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui mediasi satisfaction. Dengan demikian, satisfaction terbukti sebagai variabel mediasi yang memediasi secara efektif hubungan antara ketiga variabel persepsi tersebut terhadap niat perilaku pengguna, sehingga menunjukkan pentingnya pengalaman pengguna yang positif dalam mempertahankan loyalitas terhadap layanan mobile banking. ***** This study aims to analyze the influence of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and perceived security on behavioral intention in the use of the BCA Mobile application, with satisfaction as a mediating variable. The background of this research is based on the rapid development of digital banking technolo6gy and the increasing public demand for mobile banking services that are practical, secure, and efficient. Therefore, it is essential to identify the factors that encourage users to continue using the application sustainably. This research employed a quantitative method using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) approach. Data were collected from 400 respondents who are active BCA Mobile users in the Special Capital Region of Jakarta. The research instrument was a questionnaire distributed online using a Likert scale. The data were then analyzed using the latest version of SmartPLS software. The results showed that the three exogenous variables perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and perceived security had a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention, both directly and indirectly through the mediation of satisfaction. Thus, satisfaction is proven to be an effective mediating variable in the relationship between the three perceptual variables and users’ behavioral intention, thereby emphasizing the importance of a positive user experience in sustaining loyalty toward mobile banking services.
