Abstract

Abstrak (Bahasa Indonesia) ** Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran human resource (HR) di era digital pada PT Hirose Electric Indonesia, terutama dalam menghadapi tantangan transformasi digital dan tuntutan peningkatan efisiensi kerja. Dalam era digital, peran human resource (HR) tidak hanya terbatas pada fungsi administratif, tetapi berkembang menjadi mitra strategis yang mendukung pencapaian tujuan perusahaan melalui pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, sistem manajemen kinerja digital, pelatihan berbasis e-learning, serta pengelolaan data karyawan secara real-time. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus dengan purposive sampling mengambil sebanyak 4 sampel yang berhubungan langsung dengan topic yang diteliti. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dengan staf human resource (HR) dan manajer, serta dokumentasi internal perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi teknologi digital dalam fungsi human Resource (HR) telah meningkatkan efektivitas proses rekrutmen, pelatihan, evaluasi kinerja, dan keterlibatan karyawan. Namun demikian, masih terdapat tantangan seperti kebutuhan peningkatan literasi digital sumber daya manusia serta adaptasi budaya organisasi terhadap perubahan. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pemahaman strategis transformasi human resource (HR) di era digital, khususnya dalam konteks perusahaan manufaktur teknologi di Indonesia. Abstract (Bahasa Inggris) ** This study aims to analyze the role of Human Resources (HR) in the digital era at PT Hirose Electric Indonesia, particularly in addressing the challenges of digital transformation and the demands for increased work efficiency. In the digital age, the role of HR is no longer limited to administrative functions but has evolved into a strategic partner that supports the achievement of company goals through the utilization of information technology, digital performance management systems, e-learning-based training, and real-time employee data management. This research employs a qualitative approach using a case study method, with purposive sampling selecting four participants directly related to the topic under study. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with HR staff and managers, as well as internal company documentation. The results show that the implementation of digital technology in HR functions has improved the effectiveness of recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and employee engagement processes. However, challenges remain, such as the need to enhance employees’ digital literacy and adapt organizational culture to change. These findings contribute to a strategic understanding of HR transformation in the digital era, particularly in the context of technology manufacturing companies in Indonesia.
