Abstract

Pengaruh Efikasi Diri Akademik, Resiliensi Akademik, dan Regulasi Diri Akademik Terhadap Hasil Belajar Akuntansi Perusahaan Jasa, Dagang, dan Manufaktur (Studi Kasus Siswa Kelas XI Program Keahlian Akuntansi dan Keuangan Lembaga di SMK Negeri Wilayah Jakarta Pusat). Jakarta: Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi Konsentrasi Pendidikan Akuntansi. Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis. Universitas Negeri Jakarta. 2025. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efikasi diri akademik, resiliensi akademik, dan regulasi diri akademik terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada elemen Akuntansi Perusahaan Jasa, Dagang, dan Manufaktur. Latar belakang penelitian ini berangkat dari masih rendahnya hasil belajar sebagian siswa yang diduga berkaitan erat dengan kondisi psikologis internal yang berbeda-beda. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi penelitian terdiri atas 216 siswa kelas XI Akuntansi dan Keuangan Lembaga di tiga SMK Negeri wilayah Jakarta Pusat, dengan sampel sebanyak 140 siswa yang diambil menggunakan teknik proportional stratified random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen kuisioner tertutup yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui regresi linear berganda menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 29. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri akademik, resiliensi akademik, dan regulasi diri akademik berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap hasil belajar siswa dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 167,325 dan signifikansi < 0,001. Secara parsial, efikasi diri akademik (t = 4,014; p < 0,001), resiliensi akademik (t = 4,873; p < 0,001), dan regulasi diri akademik (t = 3,316; p = 0,001) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar. Koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa 78,7% variasi hasil belajar siswa dapat dijelaskan oleh ketiga variabel tersebut, sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini. Berdasarkan temuan ini, direkomendasikan agar pihak sekolah dan guru lebih memberikan perhatian pada pengembangan aspek psikologis siswa, sedangkan siswa perlu menyadari pentingnya membangun kepercayaan diri, daya tahan akademik, serta kemampuan belajar mandiri guna meningkatkan pencapaian akademik. The Influence of Academic Self-Efficacy, Academic Resilience, and Academic Self-Regulation on Learning Outcomes in Service, Trading, and Manufacturing Companies Accounting (Study Case of 11th-Grade Students of The Accounting and Institutional Finance Program at a State Vocational School in Central Jakarta). This study aims to determine the influence of academic self-efficacy, academic resilience, and academic self-regulation on students' learning outcomes in the subject of Accounting for Service, Trading, and Manufacturing Companies. The background of this research stems from the observation that some students still show low academic achievement, which is suspected to be closely related to internal psychological factors. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The population consisted of 216 eleventh-grade students majoring in Accounting and Financial Institution at three public vocational high schools (SMK) in Central Jakarta, with a sample of 140 students selected through proportional stratified random sampling. Data were collected using a closed-ended questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 29. The results showed that academic self-efficacy, academic resilience, and academic self-regulation simultaneously had a significant effect on students’ learning outcomes, indicated by an F-value of 167.325 and a significance value of < 0.001. Partially, academic self-efficacy (t = 4.014; p < 0.001), academic resilience (t = 4.873; p < 0.001), and academic self-regulation (t = 3.316; p = 0.001) each had a positive and significant influence on learning outcomes. The coefficient of determination (R² = 0.787) indicated that 78.7% of the variation in learning outcomes could be explained by the three independent variables, while the remaining 21.3% was influenced by other factors not included in this study. Based on these findings, it is recommended that schools and teachers pay more attention to fostering students’ psychological development, while students themselves are encouraged to build confidence, academic resilience, and self-regulated learning skills to improve academic achievement.
