Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pengelolaan Program Posyandu Remaja di RW 005 Kelurahan Kedoya Selatan yang mencakup fungsi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan. Dalam konteks pendidikan masyarakat, Posyandu Remaja tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai tempat pemeriksaan kesehatan dasar, tetapi juga sebagai wahana pemberdayaan dan pembinaan perilaku hidup sehat di kalangan remaja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan program belum berjalan secara optimal. Perencanaan program masih terbatas pada kegiatan rutin bulanan tanpa dokumen rencana tertulis; pengorganisasian dilakukan secara sederhana dengan minim pelatihan kader dan koordinasi lintas sektor yang belum maksimal; pelaksanaan kegiatan terbatas pada pemeriksaan dasar dan pemberian PMT yang tidak rutin, sedangkan kegiatan edukatif masih bersifat sederhana karena kurangnya media dan dukungan; serta pengawasan dilakukan secara informal dan belum menyentuh aspek evaluasi partisipatif. Keterlibatan remaja masih rendah akibat belum adanya pendekatan yang sistematis dan berkelanjutan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan pentingnya peran Posyandu Remaja sebagai bentuk pendidikan nonformal dalam upaya meningkatkan kesadaran dan perilaku sehat remaja. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penguatan kapasitas kader, penyusunan rencana kegiatan yang lebih terstruktur, serta sinergi lintas sektor agar Posyandu Remaja dapat menjadi wadah pembelajaran yang memberdayakan remaja secara holistik. Kata Kunci : Pengelolaan, Posyandu Remaja, Pendidikan Masyarakat ***** This study aims to describe and analyze the management of the Youth Posyandu Program in RW 005, South Kedoya Village, which includes the functions of planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising. In the context of community education, the Youth Posyandu not only functions as a place for basic health checks, but also as a vehicle for empowerment and fostering healthy lifestyles among adolescents. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that program management has not been running optimally. Program planning is still limited to routine monthly activities without written planning documents; organization is carried out simply with minimal cadre training and cross-sector coordination that is not optimal; implementation of activities is limited to basic checks and provision of PMT which is not routine, while educational activities are still simple due to the lack of media and support; and supervision is carried out informally and has not touched on the aspect of participatory evaluation. Adolescent involvement is still low due to the lack of a systematic and sustainable approach. The implications of this study indicate the importance of the role of the Youth Posyandu as a form of non-formal education in efforts to increase awareness and healthy behaviors in adolescents. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the capacity of cadres, prepare more structured activity plans, and synergize across sectors so that the Youth Posyandu can become a learning platform that empowers youth holistically.
