Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pembelajaran kader PKK di Kelurahan Balimester dalam pemanfaatan teknologi digital. Permasalahan yang dikaji meliputi tingkat pemahaman dan keterampilan kader dalam dimensi tersebut sebagai dasar untuk merancang program pelatihan yang relevan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei deskriptif didukung data sekunder melalui teknik wawancara, tes praktis dan observasi lalu di analisis secara kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 77 responden kader PKK aktif yang dipilih secara sampling kluster acak. Data kuantitatif dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif, sementara data kualitatif dianalisis melalui transkripsi, koding, dan kategorisasi tema berdasarkan hasil wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman kader tergolong sangat baik dalam keterampilan sosial (48%), dan pemanfaatan teknologi digital (42%), lalu tergolong baik dalam komunikasi interpersonal (43%). Keterampilan kader tergolong cakap dalam komunikasi interpersonal (40%) dan pemanfaatan teknologi digital (39%). Temuan juga mengungkapkan perlunya pelatihan terpadu untuk meningkatkan kapasitas kader dalam pemanfaatan teknologi digital. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penguasaan teknologi digital menjadi faktor penting dalam meningkatkan efektivitas peran PKK, sehingga diperlukan program pelatihan yang kontekstual, partisipatif, dan berkelanjutan guna mendukung pemberdayaan masyarakat yang inklusif dan adaptif di era digital. ***** This study aims to identify the learning needs of PKK cadres in Balimester Village related to digital technology utilization. The research focuses on the level of understanding and skills possessed by the cadres in a dimension, serving as a basis for designing relevant training programs. The study employs a quantitative approach using descriptive survey methods, supported by secondary data obtained through interviews, practical tests, and observation, which are then analyzed quantitatively. The research subjects consist of 77 active PKK cadres selected through cluster random sampling. Quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, while qualitative data were analyzed through transcription, coding, and thematic categorization based on interview results. The findings indicate that the cadres’ level of understanding is categorized as very good in social skills (48%) and digital technology utilization (42%), and good in interpersonal communication (43%). In terms of skill level, the cadres are categorized as competent in interpersonal communication (40%) and digital technology utilization (39%). The study also reveals the necessity for integrated training to enhance the cadres’ capacity in utilizing digital technology. The conclusion highlights that mastery of digital technology is a crucial factor in improving the effectiveness of PKK’s roles. Therefore, contextual, participatory, and sustainable training programs are needed to support inclusive and adaptive community empowerment in the digital era.
