Abstract
UPAYA MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR PADA PEMBELAJARAN LOMPAT JAUH : Studi Action Research di SMP YWKA II Rawamangun *****ABSTRAK***** Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses peningkatan hasil belajar pada pembelajaran lompat jauh melalui pendekatan permainan kardus pada siswa SMP YWKA II Rawamangun. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMP YWKA II Rawamangun Kecamatan Pulogadung dengan jumlah total 20 siswa terdiri atas 2 siswa laki-laki dan 18 siswa perempuan. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu tes rangkaian lompat jauh teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa peningkatan hasil lompat jauh melalui permainan karet ban dan kardus pada siswa SMP YWKA II Rawamangun kecamatan Pulogadung ditandai dengan peningkatan nilai rata-rata siswa. Nilai rata-rata siswa pada kegiatan pra tindakan sebesar 40,75 dengan presentase rata-rata keberhasilan sebesar 25%. Kondisi tersebut mengalami peningkatan rata-rata siswa pada siklus 1 yaitu sebesar 54,7 dengan presentasi rata-rata keberhasilan sebesar 85% dan dilanjutkan pada siklus 2 dengan hasil 55.7 dengan persentasi 100% keberhasilan pada siklus 2. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa target yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya sudah tercapai sehingga penelitian diberhentikan pada siklus II. Proses pembelajaran lompat jauh menggunakan pendekatan pemainan karet ban dan kardus berlangsung dinamis dan menyenangkan sehingga dapat mengurangi cedera. Siswa aktif melaksanakan tugas dan mengamati gerakan teknik lompat jauh dan paling diskusi dengan teman. Seluruh aspek penilaian dikuasai siswa. Kata kunci: meningkatkan hasil belajar, pembelajaran lompat jauh, cedera olahraga *****ABSTRACT***** Efforts to improve learning outcomes in long jump learning (Action Research Study at SMP YWKA II Rawamangun) ABSTRACT This study aims to describe the process of improving learning outcomes and minimizing injuries in long jump learning through the cardboard game approach for students of SMP YWKA II Rawamangun. This study is an action research. The subjects in this study were students of SMP YWKA II Rawamangun, Pulogadung District with a total of 20 students consisting of 2 male students and 18 female students. The instrument used was a long jump series test, the data analysis technique used in this study was descriptive qualitative. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the increase in long jump results through rubber tire and cardboard games for students of SMP YWKA II Rawamangun, Pulogadung District is marked by an increase in the average value of students. The average value of students in the pre-action activity was 40.75 with an average percentage of success of 25%. This condition experienced an increase in the average student in cycle 1, which was 54.7 with an average percentage of success of 85%. and continued in cycle 2 with a result of 55.7 with a 100% success rate in cycle 2. This shows that the previously set target has been achieved so that the research was stopped in cycle I. The long jump learning process using the rubber tire and cardboard game approach was dynamic and fun so that it could minimize injuries. Students actively carried out tasks and observed long jump technique movements and most discussed with friends. All aspects of the assessment were mastered by students.
