Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara partisipasi dalam Program Adiwiyata sekolah dengan perilaku peduli lingkungan pada siswa SMAN 112 Jakarta Barat. Fokus penelitian ini diarahkan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana partisipasi siswa dalam Program Adiwiyata sekolah dapat memengaruhi perilaku dan tindakan mereka dalam menjaga serta melestarikan lingkungan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret hingga Juni tahun 2025 dengan menggunakan metode penelitian korelasional dan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI SMAN 112 Jakarta Barat dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 75 siswa. Instrumen penelitian diuji melalui uji reliabilitas menggunakan rumus Alpha Cronbach yang menghasilkan nilai sebesar 0,916 untuk variabel partisipasi dalam Program Adiwiyata dan 0,900 untuk variabel perilaku peduli lingkungan, yang keduanya melebihi batas minimal 0,6 sehingga dinyatakan reliabel. Hasil uji normalitas menunjukkan bahwa data berdistribusi normal dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,200 > 0,05. Uji linearitas menunjukkan nilai deviation from linearity sebesar 0,360 > 0,05 yang mengindikasikan hubungan linear antar variabel. Uji korelasi product moment menunjukkan nilai R-hitung sebesar 0,621 lebih besar dari R-tabel sebesar 0,227 yang berarti terdapat korelasi antara partisipasi dalam Program Adiwiyata dengan perilaku peduli lingkungan siswa. Berdasarkan kriteria Guilford, nilai R-hitung sebesar 0,621 berada pada kategori kuat. Selain itu, uji regresi linear sederhana menunjukkan bahwa setiap kenaikan satu poin pada partisipasi dalam program Adiwiyata sebesar 76,699 diikuti oleh peningkatan perilaku peduli lingkungan sebesar 0,369. Uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan nilai R-square sebesar 0,385 yang berarti partisipasi dalam program Adiwiyata memberikan kontribusi sebesar 38,5% terhadap perilaku peduli lingkungan siswa, sementara sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan kuat antara partisipasi dalam Program Adiwiyata dengan perilaku peduli lingkungan pada siswa SMAN 112 Jakarta Barat. Dengan demikian, semakin tinggi partisipasi siswa dalam Program Adiwiyata, maka semakin tinggi pula perilaku peduli lingkungan yang ditunjukkan oleh siswa. Kata Kunci: Partisipasi, Program Adiwiyata Sekolah, Perilaku, Peduli Lingkungan. ***** This study aims to determine the relationship between participation in the Adiwiyata school program and environmentally caring behavior among students of SMAN 112 Jakarta Barat. The focus of this research is to examine the extent to which students’ involvement in the Adiwiyata program influences their attitudes and actions in preserving and caring for the environment. This research was conducted from March to June 2025 using a correlational method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study consisted of all 11th-grade students of SMAN 112 Jakarta Barat, with a sample of 75 students. The research instrument was tested using the Cronbach’s Alpha reliability test, resulting in a value of 0.916 for participation in the Adiwiyata program and 0.900 for environmentally caring behavior, both exceeding the minimum threshold of 0.6, indicating that the data is reliable. The normality test results showed that the data were normally distributed with a significance value of 0.200 > 0.05. The linearity test showed a deviation from linearity value of 0.360 > 0.05, indicating a linear relationship between the variables. The hypothesis testing through the Pearson product-moment correlation revealed that the calculated R-value (0.621) was greater than the R-table value (0.227), indicating a significant correlation between participation in the Adiwiyata program and students' environmentally caring behavior. According to Guilford's interpretation, an R-value of 0.621 indicates a strong correlation. Furthermore, the simple linear regression test showed that for every one-point increase in participation in the Adiwiyata program, there is a corresponding increase of 0.369 in environmentally caring behavior, with a constant value of 76.699. The coefficient of determination (R²) was 0.385, meaning that participation in the Adiwiyata program contributes 38.5% to environmentally caring behavior, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other unexamined variables. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that there is a strong and positive relationship between participation in the Adiwiyata program and environmentally caring behavior among students of SMAN 112 Jakarta Barat. Thus, the higher the student’s participation in the Adiwiyata program, the higher their environmentally responsible behavior.
