Abstract

Pelatihan berbasis digital menjadi strategi penting dalam peningkatan kapasitas kader masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi efektivitas pelatihan Google Docs dan Google Sheets terhadap peningkatan kemampuan kader PKK dalam menyusun laporan, berdasarkan Model Evaluasi Kirkpatrick yang mencakup empat level: reaksi, pembelajaran, perilaku, dan hasil. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif evaluatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan kuesioner. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa peserta memberikan respon positif terhadap pelatihan, terjadi peningkatan pemahaman serta keterampilan digital, kemampuan tersebut diaplikasikan dalam praktik pelaporan, dan hasil akhirnya menunjukkan laporan yang lebih efisien, akurat, dan akuntabel. Studi ini menegaskan pentingnya integrasi pelatihan digital dalam penguatan kapasitas kader PKK sebagai bagian dari program pemberdayaan masyarakat berkelanjutan. ***** Digital-based training has become a key strategy in enhancing the capacity of community cadres. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of training in Google Docs and Google Sheets on improving the reporting skills of PKK cadres, using the Kirkpatrick Evaluation Model covering four levels: reaction, learning, behavior, and results. A qualitative evaluative approach was applied, with data collected through interviews, observations, and questionnaires. Results show that participants responded positively, demonstrated improved digital competence, applied their skills in report writing, and produced more efficient and accountable reports. The study underscores the importance of integrating digital training in strengthening PKK cadres’ capacity within sustainable community empowerment programs.
