Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan e-modul berbasis Technological, Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) untuk program pendampingan literasi (literacy coaching) bagi guru pengampu Bahasa Prancis di Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA). Deskriptor kerangka kerja TPACK mengintegrasikan tiga ranah pengetahuan yaitu konten, pedagogi, dan teknologi dalam proses pelatihan dan merujuk kepada profil guru bahasa (Europeen Profiling Grid/EPG). Penelitian dan pengembangan ini menggunakan model desain instruksional Successive Approximate Model (SAM) dengan tiga tahapan yaitu: 1) tahap persiapan; 2) tahap perancangan iteratif dan 3) tahap pengembangan iteratif. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 30 guru bahasa Prancis SMA di DKI Jakarta yang sudah memiliki kemampuan bahasa Prancis tingkat B1 CECRL. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner, wawancara, observasi dan diskusi kelompok terpumpun (DKT). Langkah penelitian ini mencakup analisis kebutuhan, desain dan pengembangan produk, uji kelayakan dan efektivitas produk. Produk akhir penelitian mencakup silabus, e-modul dan buku panduan fasilitator. Uji kelayakan dilakukan dengan penilaian pakar mencakup pakar konten dan bahasa serta pakar media dan desain. Uji efektivitas dilakukan melalui kuesioner penilaian diri (self assessment) untuk mengetahui bagaimana guru menilai kemampuannya setelah menggunakan e-modul. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) e-modul berbasis TPACK sangat dibutuhkan oleh guru; 2) e-modul telah dinilai layak oleh pakar dan dosen sebagai calon fasilitator; 3) e-modul dinyatakan layak oleh guru bahasa Prancis SMS; dan 4) e-modul dinyatakan efektif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran guru bahasa Prancis SMA. ***** This study aims to develop a TPACK-based (Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge) e-module for literacy coaching programs designed for high school French language teachers. The TPACK framework integrates three domains of knowledge—content, pedagogy, and technology—into the training process and refers to the language teacher profile as outlined in the European Profiling Grid (EPG). This research and development project adopts the Successive Approximation Model (SAM) instructional design, which consists of three stages: (1) preparation; (2) iterative design; and (3) iterative development. The sample comprises 30 high school French teachers in the DKI Jakarta area who possess a minimum B1 CEFR level in French proficiency. Data were collected using questionnaires, interviews, observations, and focus group discussions (FGDs). The research procedures include needs analysis, product design and development, feasibility testing, and product effectiveness evaluation. The final product of this research consists of a syllabus, an e-module, and a facilitator’s guidebook. The feasibility test was conducted through expert validation, involving content and language experts as well as media and design experts. The effectiveness test was carried out by using questionnaire to gather evidence as to how teachers evaluate themselves after implementing the e-module. The findings reveal that: (1) the TPACK-based e-module is highly needed by teachers; (2) the e-module has been deemed feasible by experts and lecturers as prospective facilitators; (3) the e-module has been declared feasible by high school French teachers; and (4) the e-module is considered effective in enhancing the quality of French language teaching at the high school level.
