Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh kepemimpinan kharismatik dan budaya sekolah terhadap kinerja guru Pendidikan Agama Islam SD di Bekasi Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini, yaitu seluruh guru PAI SD Negeri dan Swasta di Bekasi Selatan yang berjumlah 85 orang. Jenis analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu Regresi Berganda dan uji korelasi yang dijabarkan secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kepemimpinan Kharismatik berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru PAI SD di Bekasi Selatan dengan nilai t-hitung sebesar 4,486 dan taraf signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. (2) Budaya Sekolah berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru PAI SD di Bekasi Selatan dengan nilai t-hitung sebesar 3,146 dan taraf signifikansi sebesar 0,002 < 0,05. (3) Kepemimpinan Kharismatik dan Budaya Sekolah secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru PAI SD di Bekasi Selatan dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 63,039 dan taraf signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan Kharismatik, Budaya Sekolah, Kinerja Guru, Pendidikan Agama Islam, Kualitas Pendidikan ***** This study aims to identify the influence of charismatic leadership and school culture on the performance of Islamic Religious Education teachers in South Bekasi. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The sample in this study were all Islamic Religious Education teachers in State and Private Elementary Schools in South Bekasi totaling 85 people. The type of analysis used in this study was Multiple Regression and correlation tests which were described descriptively. The results of the study showed that: (1) Charismatic Leadership influences the performance of Islamic Religious Education teachers in South Bekasi with a t-count value of 4.486 and a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. (2) School Culture influences the performance of Islamic Religious Education teachers in South Bekasi with a t-count value of 3.146 and a significance level of 0.002 <0.05. (3) Charismatic Leadership and School Culture jointly influence the performance of Islamic Religious Education teachers at elementary schools in South Bekasi with a calculated F value of 63.039 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05.
