Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi digital terhadap keputusan berwirausaha mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Jakarta yang mengikuti Program Mahasiswa Wirausaha (PMW) Angkatan 2023, dengan efikasi diri sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa yang tergabung dalam tim usaha TOP 50 PMW UNJ 2023 sebanyak 206 orang, dan sampel penelitian ditentukan sebanyak 136 responden menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan rumus Taro Yamane. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan bantuan software SmartPLS 4.0. Teknik analisis data mencakup pengujian model pengukuran, model struktural, dan uji hipotesis baik langsung maupun tidak langsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: literasi digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efikasi diri; literasi digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan berwirausaha; efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan berwirausaha; dan literasi digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan berwirausaha yang dimediasi oleh efikasi diri. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya peran efikasi diri dalam memperkuat pengaruh literasi digital terhadap keputusan berwirausaha mahasiswa, serta mendukung pengembangan mahasiswa sebagai wirausahawan melalui pemanfaatan teknologi dan keyakinan diri yang tinggi. ***** This study aims to examine the influence of digital literacy on entrepreneurial decision making among students of Universitas Negeri Jakarta who participated in the 2023 Student Entrepreneurship Program (PMW), with self-efficacy as a mediating variable. This research employed a quantitative. The population consisted of 206 students from the TOP 50 entrepreneurial teams in the PMW program, and 136 respondents were selected using purposive sampling based on the Taro Yamane formula. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the assistance of SmartPLS 4.0 software. The analysis included measurement model testing, structural model evaluation, and hypothesis testing for both direct and indirect effects. The results indicate that: digital literacy has a positive and significant influence on self-efficacy; digital literacy has a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial decision making; self-efficacy has a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial decision-making; and digital literacy has a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial decision-making through the mediation of self-efficacy. This study emphasizes the crucial role of self-efficacy in strengthening the effect of digital literacy on students' entrepreneurial decisions and supports the development of student entrepreneurs through the use of technology and high self-confidence.
