Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keterlibatan ayah terhadap resolusi konflik dalam hubungan romantis pada emerging adulthood melalui peran mediasi regulasi emosi. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linear berganda. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen Nurturant Fathering Scale (NFS). intrumen Emotion Regulation Skill Questionnaire (ERSQ), dan instrumen Conflict Resolution Style Inventory (CRSI). Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah convenience sampling dengan kriteria berusia 18-25 tahun, sedang menjalin hubunga romantis, menetap di Indonesia, serta tinggal dengan ayah saat kecil. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui kuesioner. Jumlah responden pada penelitian ini sebanyak 141 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh baik secara langsung maupun melalui peran mediasi regulasi emosi dari keterlibatan ayah terhadap resolusi konflik dalam hubungan romantis. ***** This study aims to determine the effect of father involvement on conflict resolution in romantic relationships in early adulthood through the mediation role of emotion regulation. The research method uses a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis. Data collection techniques use the Nurturant Fathering Scale (NFS), the Emotion Regulation Skill Questionnaire (ERSQ), and the Conflict Resolution Style Inventory (CRSI). The sampling technique used was convenience sampling with the criteria of being 18-25 years old, in a romantic relationship, living in Indonesia, and living with their father as a child. The research data was obtained through a questionnaire. The number of respondents in this study was 141 respondents. The results of the study showed that there was no influence either directly or through the mediation role of emotional regulation from father involvement on conflict resolution in romantic relationships.
