Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi implementasi konsep 8+I Link and Match di SMKN 68 Jakarta dengan menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Penelitian dilakukan karena terdapat beberapa aspek dari konsep 8+I Link and Match yang belum sepenuhnya terlaksana di SMKN 68 Jakarta. Adapun pendekatan yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner, wawancara, dan observasi. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari siswa, wakakurikulum, dan kepala hubin. Hasil evaluasi pada aspek Context menunjukkan bahwa SMKN 68 Jakarta memiliki visi dan misi yang sejalan dengan konsep 8+I Link and Match, dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 87,5% (kategori sangat baik). Pada aspek Input, diperoleh hasil rata-rata sebesar 83,6% (kategori baik), mencakup sarana, prasarana, sumber daya keuangan, serta dukungan industri yang cukup baik namun masih perlu penguatan. Evaluasi aspek Process mencatat skor rata-rata 82,2% (kategori baik), dengan pelaksanaan komponen 8+I berjalan baik meskipun beberapa poin seperti keterlibatan praktisi dan riset terapan masih belum optimal. Sementara itu, aspek Product menunjukkan nilai rata-rata 80,8% (kategori baik), mengindikasikan peningkatan kompetensi siswa dan kerja sama industri, meskipun penyerapan lulusan oleh industri masih perlu ditingkatkan. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, disarankan adanya peningkatan kolaborasi antara SMKN 68 Jakarta dengan industri guna menyukseskan keseluruhan implementasi konsep 8+I Link and Match secara optimal. The research was conducted because several aspects of the 8+I Link and Match concept have not been fully implemented at SMKN 68 Jakarta. The approach used was quantitative descriptive, with data collection techniques including questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The research subjects consisted of students, the curriculum vice-principal, and the head of industrial relations. The evaluation results for the Context aspect showed that SMKN 68 Jakarta has a vision and mission aligned with the 8+I Link and Match concept, with an average score of 87.5% (excellent category). In the Input aspect, the average result was 83.6% (good category), covering facilities, infrastructure, financial resources, and industry support, which were quite good but still needed strengthening. The evaluation of the Process aspect recorded an average score of 82.2% (good category), indicating that the implementation of the 8+I components was running well, although some points, such as the involvement of practitioners and applied research, were still not optimal. Meanwhile, the Product aspect showed an average score of 80.8% (good category), indicating an improvement in student competencies and industry collaboration, although graduate absorption by industries still needs to be enhanced. Based on these findings, it is recommended to enhance collaboration between SMKN 68 Jakarta and industries to ensure the successful and optimal implementation of the 8+I Link and Match concept.
