Abstract
Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi Psychological Well-Being Scale versi pendek adaptasi Indonesia, Connor- Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC), dan Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS). Kata Kunci : psychological well-being, resiliensi, dukungan sosial, sandwich generation ***** The sandwich generation refers to individuals who carry dual caregiving roles, simultaneously caring for aging parents and their own children. This condition may affect psychological well-being (PWB), especially when individuals lack adequate resilience and social support. This study aimed to examine the influence of resilience on PWB with social support as a moderating variable among individuals categorized as the sandwich generation. The study employed a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional survey design. Data were analyzed using moderation regression through PROCESS Macro Model 1 by Hayes. A total of 237 individuals participated in this study. The instruments used included the short version of the Psychological Well-Being Scale adapted to the Indonesian context, the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC), and the Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS). The results showed that both resilience and social support had a significant positive effect on PWB. However, social support did not significantly moderate the relationship between resilience and PWB. These findings suggest that resilience serves as a dominant protective factor in maintaining psychological well-being among sandwich generation individuals, while social support has a direct effect but does not function as a moderator. Keywords: psychological well-being, resilience, social support, sandwich generation
