Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji perbedaan self efficacy atlet dan self efficacy akademik pada siswa SMA Ragunan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode kuesioner. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen Athlete Self efficacy Scale oleh (Carl Veli Koçak, 2020) untuk variabel self efficacy atlet dan The Academic Self efficacy Scale oleh Sagone & Caroli (2014) dalam penelitian Kusumasari (2021) untuk variabel self efficacy akademik. Dalam pengambilan sampel peneliti menggunakan non-probality sampling dengan tipe purposive sampling. Peneliti menentukan kriteria siswa-siswi SMA Ragunan, memiliki usia 15-19 tahun, Masih aktif sebagai atlet atau masih mengikuti kompetisi. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian melalui kuesioner sebanyak 238 partisipan siswa-siswi SMA Ragunan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan antara self efficacy atlet dengan kategori tinggi, sedang dan rendah dengan self efficacy akademik pada siswa SMA Ragunan, yang artinya bahwa semakin tinggi kategori skor atlet, maka semakin tinggi pula self efficacy akademik yang dimiliki siswa. ***** This study aims to examine the differences in athlete self efficacy and academic self efficacy in Ragunan High School students. This type of research is quantitative with a questionnaire method. The data collection technique uses the Athlete Self Efficacy Scale instrument by (Carl Veli Koçak, 2020) for the athlete self efficacy variable and The Academic Self Efficacy Scale by Sagone & Caroli (2014) in Kusumasari's research (2021) for the academic self efficacy variable. In sampling, the researcher used non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling type. The researcher determined the criteria for Ragunan High School students, aged 15-19 years, still active as athletes or still participating in competitions. The data obtained in the study through a questionnaire were 238 participants from Ragunan High School students. The results of this study indicate that there is a difference between athlete self efficacy with high, medium and low categories with academic self efficacy in Ragunan High School students, which means that the higher the athlete score category, the higher the academic self efficacy of the students.
