Abstract

Manajemen kesiswaan tidak terlepas dari kegiatan evaluasi sebagai sistem penilaian terhadap berbagai aktivitas dalam pelaksanaan manajemen kesiswaan. Sekolah sebagai salah satu lembaga pendidikan merupakan wadah untuk melaksanakan proses kegiatan pembelajaran dengan tujuan untuk menciptakan manusia yang berkualitas dan berpendidikan. Prestasi siswa dalam suatu lembaga atau sekolah menjadi salah satu perhatian masyarakat. Masyarakat memandang sekolah yang menciptakan banyak prestasi siswa adalah sekolah yang unggul dan berkualitas. Prestasi siswa juga sangat mempengaruhi masyarakat dalam memilih sebuah lembaga atau sekolah. SMAN Cahaya Madani Banten Boarding School (CMBBS) merupakan Rintisan Sekolah Bertaraf Internasional (RSBI) yang didirikan oleh Pemerintah Provinsi Banten pada tahun 2005 dan berlokasi di Kuranten Kabupaten Pandeglang. SMAN Cahaya Madani Banten Boarding School (CMBBS) memiliki keunikan serta kekhasan tersendiri yaitu memadukan kurikulum nasional dan kurikulum lokal pesantren. Dengan adanya perpaduan kurikulum nasional dan kurikulum lokal pesantren, SMAN Cahaya Madani Banten Boarding School tetap mampu menciptakan siswa-siswi berprestasi, baik prestasi di bidang akademik maupun bidang non-akademik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan manajemen kesiswaan dalam meningkatkan prestasi siswa di SMAN Cahaya Madani Banten Boarding School. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan SMAN Cahaya Madani Banten Boarding School (CMBBS) meraih peringkat paralel maksimal peringkat 3 dari segi akademik berorientasi cerdas istimewa dengan prestasi olahraga tahun 2024 ini lebih dari 100 khusus olahraga saja, di tingkat Nasional, Provinsi Banten. SMAN Cahaya Madani Banten Boarding School juga melakukan manajemen kesiswaan dengan menginisiasi pembentukan OSIS dan MPK atau semua unit kegiatan kesiswaan baik itu keasramaan. prestasi-prestasi yang diraih oleh para siswa-siswi SMAN Cahaya Madani Banten Boarding School dalam 2 tahun terakhir, di antaranya: Juara III Karate KATA Putri KOSN Tk. Kabupaten, Lolos KSN tingkat Kabupaten ke tingkat Provinisi, Juara II Debat Bahasa Inggris Tk. Kab. Pandeglang, Juara KSM Tingkat Provinsi Banten dan lain-lain. Kata Kunci: Manajemen Kesiswaan, Prestasi Siswa, dan Boarding School. ***** Student management is inseparable from evaluation activities as an assessment system for various activities in the implementation of student management. Schools as one of the educational institutions are a place to carry out the learning process with the aim of creating quality and educated people. Student achievement in an institution or school is one of the concerns of the community. The community views schools that create many student achievements as superior and high-quality schools. Student achievement also greatly influences the community in choosing an institution or school. SMAN Cahaya Madani Banten Boarding School (CMBBS) is a Pioneer International Standard School (RSBI) founded by the Banten Provincial Government in 2005 and located in Kuranten, Pandeglang Regency. SMAN Cahaya Madani Banten Boarding School (CMBBS) has its own uniqueness and characteristics, namely combining the national curriculum and the local pesantren curriculum. With the combination of the national curriculum and the local pesantren curriculum, SMAN Cahaya Madani Banten Boarding School is still able to create outstanding students, both in academic and non-academic fields. This study aims to analyze the implementation of student management in improving student achievement at SMAN Cahaya Madani Banten Boarding School. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of the study show that SMAN Cahaya Madani Banten Boarding School (CMBBS) achieved a maximum parallel ranking of 3rd in terms of academics oriented towards special intelligence with sports achievements in 2024 of more than 100 specifically for sports alone, at the National level, Banten Province. SMAN Cahaya Madani Banten Boarding School also carries out student management by initiating the formation of OSIS and MPK or all student activity units, including dormitories. The achievements achieved by students of SMAN Cahaya Madani Banten Boarding School in the last 2 years include: Third Place in the Women's KATA Karate KOSN Regency Level, Passing the Regency-level KSN to the Provincial level, Second Place in the English Debate Level. Pandeglang Regency, KSM Champion at the Banten Provincial Level and others. Keywords: Student Management, Student Achievement, and Boarding School.
