Abstract
Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi pengaruh Psychological Capital (PsyCap) sebagai variabel multidimensional terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada perawat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode pengambilan data melalui survey dengan media Google Form. Instrumen yang digunakan sebagai alat pengukuran adalah Organizational Citizenship Behavior Scale dan Psychological Capital Questionnaire-12. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perawat yang bekerja di Indonesia. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel yang terlibat dalam penelitian sebanyak 217 responden. Karakteristik sampel penelitian ini adalah perawat yang bekerja di rumah sakit dengan minimal masa kerja tiga bulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, ditemukan bahwa seluruh dimensi PsyCap berpengaruh positif terhadap OCB perawat secara simultan. Dimensi PsyCap secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh sebesar 38,9% terhadap OCB. Dimensi self-efficacy, hope, dan optimism berpengaruh terhadap OCB secara signifikan. Sementara itu, tidak ditemukan pengaruh signifikan dari dimensi resilience terhadap OCB. Ditemukan juga pengaruh dari karakteristik demografis jenis kelamin terhadap OCB. Perawat laki-laki ditemukan memiliki OCB yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan perawat perempuan.***The aim of this study is to identify the influence of Psychological Capital (PsyCap) as a multidimensional construct on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) among nurses. This study is quantitative research. Data was conducted using a survey method through Google Forms. The instruments used for data collection were the Organizational Citizenship Behavior Scale and the Psychological Capital Questionnaire-12. The population of this study consisted of nurses working in Indonesia. **** The sampling technique applied was purposive sampling. A total of 217 respondents participated in the study. The sample characteristics included nurses working in hospitals with a minimum of three months of work experience. The results show that nurses OCB is positively impacted by all dimensions of PsyCap at the same time. The PsyCap dimensions taken together explained 38.9% of the variation in OCB. It was discovered that OCB was significantly predicted by self-efficacy, optimism, and hope, whereas resilience had no discernible impact. Furthermore, OCB was found to be significantly influenced by the demographic variable of gender, with male nurses demonstrating higher levels of OCB than female nurses.
