Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendeketan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui data primer yang terdiri dari observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, serta data sekunder yang berasal dari buku, jurnal akademik, dan artikel. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode non-probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui penerapan aplikasi SRIKANDI, kendala apa saja yang dialami dalam penerapan aplikasi SRIKANDI, serta upaya upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengoptimalkan penerapan aplikasi SRIKANDI di lingkungan Badan Keamanan Laut RI. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan aplikasi SRIKANDI memberikan banyak manfaat dan kemudahan dalam pengelolaan surat dan arsip, serta membuat prosesnya menjadi lebih terstruktur dan mempermudah koordinasi. Akan tetapi masih terdapat kekurangan dalam penerapannya, yaitu kuantitas penggunaan di setiap unit kerja yang masih berbeda, komitmen pimpinan, dan proses konvensional yang masih dilakukan secara bersamaan. Selain itu, kendala yang dialami dalam proses penerapan aplikasi SRIKANDI adalah aplikasi atau server yang sering lambat atau down, belum semua pegawai terampil dalam menggunakan aplikasi, dan keamanan aplikasi yang tidak bisa terjamin 100%. Upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengoptimalkan penerapan aplikasi ini yaitu dengan mengadakan bimtek dan sosialisasi secara berkala, pemberian dukungan dari pimpinan, dan pemberian pendampingan bagi pegawai yang belum terampil. ***** This research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection was carried out through primary data consisting of observation, interviews, and documentation, as well as secondary data, namely books, academic journals, and articles. Sampling in this study used non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling method. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation, obstacles encountered, and efforts made to optimize the implementation of the SRIKANDI application within Badan Keamanan Laut RI. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the SRIKANDI application provides many benefits and conveniences in managing letters and archives, as well as making the process more structured and facilitating coordination. However, there are still shortcomings in its application, namely the quantity of use in each work unit that is still different, leadership commitment, and conventional processes that are still carried out simultaneously. In addition, the obstacles experienced in the process of implementing the SRIKANDI application are applications or servers that are often slow or down, not all employees are skilled in using the application, and application security that cannot be guaranteed 100%. Efforts made to optimize the implementation of this application are by holding regular technical guidance and socialization, providing support from the leadership, and providing assistance for employees who are not yet skilled.
