Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen sarana dan prasarana di Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Fokus penelitian mencakup tiga aspek utama berdasarkan fungsi manajemen, yaitu: (1) perencanaan sarana dan prasarana yang dilakukan secara sistematis berdasarkan kebutuhan unit kerja dan prioritas program pendidikan, (2) proses pengadaan yang mengikuti prosedur dan regulasi pemerintah dengan dukungan sistem digital, serta (3) pelaksanaan pemeliharaan dan penghapusan barang milik daerah yang mengacu pada ketentuan teknis dan administratif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi di lingkungan Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen sarana dan prasarana telah berjalan cukup efektif melalui dukungan data perencanaan dan sistem informasi barang. Namun, masih terdapat tantangan seperti keterbatasan dalam pelaksanaan pemeliharaan berkala dan lamanya proses penghapusan barang. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan koordinasi antar unit kerja, peningkatan kapasitas SDM dalam pengelolaan aset, serta optimalisasi sistem informasi untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan berbasis data. ***** This study aims to analyze the management of facilities and infrastructure at the Department of Education of DKI Jakarta Province. The research focuses on three main aspects based on management functions, namely: (1) planning of facilities and infrastructure carried out systematically based on the needs of work units and the priorities of educational programs, (2) procurement processes that comply with government procedures and regulations supported by digital systems, and (3) implementation of maintenance and disposal of regional assets in accordance with technical and administrative provisions. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and document analysis conducted within the Department of Education of DKI Jakarta Province. The results show that the management of facilities and infrastructure has been carried out quite effectively with the support of planning data and asset information systems. However, challenges remain, such as limited periodic maintenance and lengthy disposal procedures. This study recommends strengthening coordination among work units, improving human resource capacity in asset management, and optimizing information systems to support data-based decision-making.
