Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi gaya belajar mahasiswa Teknologi Pendidikan UNJ yang dimiliki oleh mahasiswa Angkatan 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif-deskriptif. Peneliti menggunakan metode survei. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa angket kuesioner yang disusun berdasarkan empat kategori gaya belajar, yaitu visual, auditorial, kinestetik, dan verbal. Penelitian data angket menggunakan teknik kuota sampling yang bertujuan untuk mewakili dari seluruh mahasiswa tahun 2024 program studi teknologi pendidikan. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan status dominasi presentase gaya belajar, yaitu sangat dominan dan dominan. Angket kuesioner disebarkan kepada 30 responden yang terdiri dari 10 mahasiswa kelas A, 10 mahasiswa kelas B, dan 10 mahasiswa kelas C. Status dominasi gaya belajar dihitung dari menggunakan rumus proporsi jumlah hasil survei dibagi seluruh total pernyataan kuesioner dikali 100%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya belajar yang dipilih oleh hampir semua mahasiswa teknologi pendidikan UNJ tahun 2024 ialah gaya belajar visual yang memiliki presentase 70%. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan strategi pembelajaran yang cocok dengan gaya belajar mahasiswa. Ini dapat membantu dosen merancang metode pembelajaran yang lebih baik. Tujuannya adalah untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan dan pemahaman mahasiswa dalam kelas. ***** This research aims to identify the learning styles of UNJ Educational Technology students owned by students of the Class of 2024. This study uses a quantitative-descriptive research method. The researcher used a survey method. The data collection instrument was in the form of a questionnaire questionnaire which was prepared based on four categories of learning styles, namely visual, auditory, kinesthetic, and verbal. The questionnaire data research uses a quota sampling technique which aims to represent all students in 2024 of the educational technology study program. This study also uses the dominance status of the percentage of learning styles, which are very dominant and dominant. The questionnaire questionnaire was distributed to 30 respondents consisting of 10 students of class A, 10 students of class B, and 10 students of class C. The status of dominance of learning style was calculated using the formula of the proportion of the number of survey results divided by the total statement of the questionnaire multiplied by 100%. The results of this study show that the learning style chosen by almost all UNJ educational technology students in 2024 is the visual learning style which has a percentage of 70%. The results of this study found learning strategies that match students' learning styles. This can help lecturers design better learning methods. The goal is to increase student engagement and understanding in the classroom.
