Abstract

Manajemen kurikulum merupakan substansi manajemen yang utama di sekolah. Selain itu, sebagai upaya pencapaian tujuan pendidikan yang efektif dan efisien manajemen kurikulum memiliki peran yang sangat penting karena pada dasarnya sekolah merupakan suatu sistem yang didalamnya melibatkan berbagai komponen dan sejumlah kegiatan yang perlu dikelola secara baik dan tertib. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen kurikulum di SD Islam Al Azhar 13 Rawamangun. Subfokus dalam penelitian ini meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi kurikulum di SD Islam Al Azhar 13 Rawamangun. Peneltian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) Perencanaan kurikulum di SD Islam Al Azhar 13 Rawamangun dilaksanakan mulai dari pembentukan tim pengembang oleh pimpinan, kemudian menganalisis kebutuhan siswa dengan studi banding ke sekitar wilayah sekolah serta berkolaborasi dengan guru BK untuk menganalisis kebutuhan siswa di masing masing jenjang dengan tetap selaras dengan visi dan misi sekolah, setelahnya disosialisasiakan kepada seluruh guru. (2) Pengorganisasian kurikulum banyak melibatkan kepala sekolah dan wakil kepala sekolah sebagai pimpinan sekolah, dan tetap melibatkan seluruh guru dalam semua pengambilan keputusan. (3) Pelaksanaan kurikulum dilaksanakan oleh seluruh warga sekolah, terutama guru dan siswa dibawah pengawasan dari pimpinan sekolah, guru difasilitasi pelatihan pelatihan menunjang pembelajaran dari ketiga kurikulum yang ada, yaitu kurikulum merdeka, kurikulum cambridge, dan kurikulum pengembangan pribadi muslim. (4) Evaluasi kurikulum rutin dilakukan pada setiap semester dan tahunan, pelaksanaan evaluasi hasil belajar siswa dilakukan sesuai dengan ketentuan dari masing masing kurikulum, yaitu ujian sekolah dan check point cambridge, hasil dari evaluasi tersebut sangat bermanfaat untuk memperbaiki dan mengembangkan kurikulum di tahun selanjutnya. ***** Curriculum management is the main substance of management in schools. In addition, as an effort to achieve effective and efficient educational goals, curriculum management has a very important role because basically a school is a system that involves various components and a number of activities that need to be managed properly and orderly. This research aims to determine the curriculum management at SD Islam Al Azhar 13 Rawamangun. The sub-focus in this research includes planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the curriculum at SD Islam Al Azhar 13 Rawamangun. This research uses a qualitative approach and descriptive method with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of this research indicate that: (1) Curriculum planning at SD Islam Al Azhar 13 Rawamangun is carried out starting from the formation of a development team by the leadership, then analyzing student needs with comparative studies around the school area and collaborating with BK teachers to analyze student needs at each level while remaining in line with the school's vision and mission, after which it is socialized to all teachers. (2) The organization of the curriculum involves the principal and vice principal as school leaders, and continues to involve all teachers in all decision-making. (3) The implementation of the curriculum is carried out by all school residents, especially teachers and students under the supervision of the school leadership, teachers are facilitated with training to support learning from the three existing curricula, namely the Merdeka curriculum, the Cambridge curriculum, and the Muslim personal development curriculum. (4) Routine curriculum evaluations are carried out every semester and annually. The implementation of student learning outcome evaluations is carried out in accordance with the provisions of each curriculum, namely school exams and Cambridge checkpoints. The results of these evaluations are very useful for improving and developing the curriculum in the following year.
