Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah dukungan orang tua dan keterampilan guru mengajar berpengaruh pada minat belajar siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 12 Jakarta, serta apakah efikasi diri dapat memediasi pengaruh tersebut. Metode analisis SEM-PLS digunakan untuk menganalisis keterkaitan antar variabel. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Populasi terjangkau dari penelitian ini adalah 250 siswa yang terdiri dari seluruh kelas X SMK Negeri 12 Jakarta. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel menjadi 154 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner sebagai data primer. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (i) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara dukungan orang tua terhadap efikasi diri, (ii) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara dukungan orang tua terhadap minat belajar, (iii) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara efikasi diri terhadap minat belajar, (iv) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara keterampilan guru mengajar terhadap efikasi diri, (v) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara keterampilan guru mengajar terhadap minat belajar, (vi) terdapat pengaruh antara dukungan orang tua terhadap minat belajar yang dimediasi oleh efikasi diri, (vii) terdapat pengaruh antara keterampilan guru mengajar terhadap minat belajar yang dimediasi oleh efikasi diri. ***** This study aims to determine whether parental support and teacher teaching skills influence the learning interests of tenth-grade students at SMK Negeri 12 Jakarta, and whether self-efficacy can mediate this influence. The SEM-PLS analysis method was used to analyze the relationship between variables. This thesis employed a quantitative approach with a survey method. The accessible population for this study was 250 students, consisting of all tenth-grade students at SMK Negeri 12 Jakarta. The research sample used a simple random sampling method, with a sample size of 154 students. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires as the primary data. The results of this study indicate that: (i) there is a positive and significant influence between parental support on self-efficacy, (ii) there is a positive and significant influence between parental support on learning interest, (iii) there is a positive and significant influence between self-efficacy on learning interest, (iv) there is a positive and significant influence between teacher teaching skills on self-efficacy, (v) there is a positive and significant influence between teacher teaching skills on learning interest, (vi) there is an influence between parental support on learning interest mediated by self-efficacy, (vii) there is an influence between teacher teaching skills on learning interest mediated by self-efficacy.
