Abstract
***** This study aims to determine the effect of resilience on psychological well-being among teachers in inclusive schools. This is a quantitative study using hypothesis testing through simple linear regression analysis. The instruments used were the Ryff’s Psychological Well-Being Scales to measure psychological well-being and the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale to measure resilience. The sampling technique used was non-probability purposive sampling. A total of 119 teachers from inclusive schools in the DKI Jakarta area participated in this study. The results showed that resilience has an influence on psychological well-being among inclusive school teachers. The contribution of resilience to psychological well-being was 26.1%. The direction of the influence is positive, indicating that the higher the resilience of teachers in inclusive schools, the higher their psychological well-being.
