Abstract
LAURENTINUS FERNANDO CHRISTIAN Pengaruh Job Insecurity terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada Karyawan Kontrak di Jabodetabek Skripsi Jakarta: Program Studi Psikologi, Fakultas Psikologi, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, 2025 ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh job insecurity terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan kontrak di Jabodetabek. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan metode survei dengan desain kausal komparatif dan melibatkan 207 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu skala job insecurity dari De Witte (2000) dan OCB berdasarkan teori Organ (1988) yang dikembangkan oleh Williams dan Anderson (1991). Analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi Pearson dan regresi linear sederhana melalui SPSS versi 25. Hasil menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan antara job insecurity dan OCB dengan kontribusi sebesar 3,4%. Artinya, semakin tinggi job insecurity yang dirasakan, semakin tinggi pula kecenderungan karyawan kontrak untuk menunjukkan perilaku OCB. Kata kunci: Job Insecurity, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Karyawan Kontrak. ***** LAURENTINUS FERNANDO CHRISTIAN The Influence of Job Insecurity on Organizational Citizenship Behavior Among Contract Employees in Jabodetabek Undergraduate Thesis Jakarta: Psychology Study Program, Faculty of Psychology, State University of Jakarta, 2025 ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the effect of job insecurity on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) among contract employees in the Jabodetabek area. This quantitative research employed a survey method with a causal-comparative design, involving 207 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The instruments used were the Job Insecurity Scale developed by De Witte (2000) and the OCB scale based on Organ’s (1988) theory, further developed by Williams and Anderson (1991). Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation and simple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 25. The results revealed a significant effect of job insecurity on OCB, with a contribution of 3.4%. This indicates that the higher the level of job insecurity perceived by contract employees, the greater their tendency to exhibit OCB.
