Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menguji kelayakan produk flipbook glossary bumbu dan rempah daring interaktif dan menarik yang berfokus pada materi bumbu dan rempah makanan Asia. Produk ini ditujukan bagi mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Tata Boga dan dilaksanakan di Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Produk flipbook glossary bumbu dan rempah daring ini dilengkapi dengan gambar, suara, dan barcode untuk akses langsung ke situs web. Model penelitian yang digunakan dalam pengembangan ini adalah model Hannafin dan Peck. Validasi penelitian melibatkan penilaian dari para ahli pada tiga aspek: bahasa, media, dan materi. Sementara itu, uji coba penelitian dilaksanakan dalam tiga tahapan, yaitu uji coba perorangan (one-to-one), uji coba kelompok kecil (small group), dan uji coba lapangan (field test). Hasil validasi dari para ahli menunjukkan bahwa flipbook glossary daring ini layak dari segi bahasa (79%), sangat layak dari segi media (92%), dan sangat layak dari segi materi (90%). Adapun hasil uji coba pada mahasiswa menunjukkan kelayakan yang positif, dengan persentase sebesar 88% (layak) pada uji coba perorangan, 90% (sangat layak) pada uji coba kelompok kecil, dan 91% (sangat layak) pada uji coba lapangan. Berdasarkan hasil penulisan maka flipbook glossary bumbu dan rempah makanan asia ini dinyatakan sangat layak dalam media pembelajaran. ***** This study aims to develop and test the feasibility of an interactive and engaging online spices and herbs flipbook glossary product focusing on Asian cuisine spices and herbs material. This product is intended for students of the Culinary Arts Education Study Program and was implemented at Universitas Negeri Jakarta. The online spices and herbs flipbook glossary product is equipped with images, audio, and barcodes for direct website access. The research model used in this development is the Hannafin and Peck model. Research validation involved assessments from experts on three aspects: language, media, and material. Meanwhile, the research trials were conducted in three stages: one-to-one testing, small group testing, and field testing. The validation results from the experts showed that the online flipbook glossary is feasible in terms of language (79%), very feasible in terms of media (92%), and very feasible in terms of material (90%). Furthermore, the student trial results demonstrated positive feasibility, with a percentage of 88% (feasible) in one-to-one testing, 90% (very feasible) in small group testing, and 91% (very feasible) in field testing. Based on the findings, it is concluded that this online spices and herbs flipbook glossary is highly feasible as a learning medium.
