Abstract
Penelitian ini mengkaji manajemen Program Gerakan Sekolah Sehat (GSS) di SMAN 7 Kota Tangerang Selatan, yang bertujuan meningkatkan kesehatan siswa melalui pendekatan terstruktur dan kolaboratif. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif, mencakup perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, pengawasan, dan dampak program. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan dimulai dengan identifikasi kebutuhan siswa dan pembuatan raport kesehatan, diikuti dengan pengumpulan masukan dari siswa dan kerjasama dengan Puskesmas Pondok Jagung serta berbagai ekstrakurikuler. Program disosialisasikan kepada siswa dan guru, serta diintegrasikan ke dalam pembelajaran. Pengorganisasian melibatkan seluruh warga sekolah dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan untuk membangun pola hidup sehat. Pelaksanaan program mencakup fokus pada gizi, fisik, jiwa, lingkungan, dan imunisasi, dilaksanakan secara terjadwal. Pengawasan dilakukan secara berkala melalui monitoring dan analisis kesehatan. Umpan balik dari siswa diterima dan dibahas dalam rapat evaluasi untuk tindak lanjut program. Dampak positif terlihat dari peningkatan kesadaran siswa terhadap kesehatan dan perubahan perilaku hidup sehat. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa manajemen GSS di SMAN 7 Kota Tangerang Selatan dapat menjadi rekomendasi bagi sekolah lain dalam meningkatkan kesehatan dan kesejahteraan siswa. ***** The implementation of the program includes five main focuses, namely healthy nutrition including nutritious breakfast, bringing tumblers and drinking lots of mineral water. Physical health includes gymnastics together, healthy walking, and traditional games. Mental health by performing dhuha prayer in congregation. Healthy environment includes cleaning the class and school yard together, and healthy immunization is carried out by giving blood supplement tablets by PMR. Each focus is carried out according to the schedule on every Tuesday and Friday. Supervision is carried out regularly and systematically through monitoring such as classroom visits, as well as cooperation with Pondok Jagung health center by collecting data and analyzing health charts. Furthermore, feedback from students through GSS ambassadors or homeroom teachers is received and conveyed in program evaluation meetings. After that, a discussion meeting is held to discuss the follow-up of the GSS program. Follow-up can be in the form of continuing existing programs or innovating programs for the next school year. The positive impact seen from this program is that students have an increased awareness of health, so that there is a change in behavior in students to always pay attention to a healthy lifestyle. This study concludes that the management of GSS at SMAN 7 South Tangerang City can be a recommendation for other schools in an effort to improve student health and well-being.
