Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh hardiness terhadap penyesuaian diri pada dokter lulusan luar negeri di Indonesia. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Skala Hardiness yang disusun oleh Christianto dan Amalia, serta Skala Penyesuaian Diri yang disusun oleh Wigunawati, dkk. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan tipe penelitian eksplanatori. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 46 dokter lulusan luar negeri yang sedang melakukan penyesuaian diri di Rumah Sakit Pendidikan yang ada di Indonesia. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan bantuan Jeffery's Amazing Statistics Program (JASP) dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara hardiness terhadap penyesuaian diri pada dokter lulusan luar negeri di Indonesia dengan persentase yang dihasilkan sebesar 36,1 % ***** This study aims to determine the effect of hardiness on self-adjustment in diaspora doctor in Indonesia. The instruments used in this study are the Hardiness Scale compiled by Christianto and Amalia, and the Self Adjustment Scale compiled by Wigunawati, et al. The research method used was a quantitative approach with an explanatory research type. Participants in this study were 46 diaspora doctor who were adjusting themselves at Teaching Hospitals in Indonesia. Data processing was carried out with the help of Jeffery's Amazing Statistics Program (JASP) using simple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the study showed that there was a positive and significant effect between hardiness on self-adjustment of diaspora doctor in Indonesia with a percentage of 36.1%.
