Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Stres Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Anggota Mabes Polri Jakarta Selatan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel nonprobability sampling. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 141 partisipan. Instrumen alat ukur yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Job Satisfaction Scale yang dikonstruk oleh Spector (1993) dan Stres Kerja menggunakan Job Stress Scale yang dikonstruk oleh Parker dan DeCotiis (1983). Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu terdapat bahwa Stres kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja sebesar 9,4%. Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Kerja, Stres Kerja, Mabes Polri ***** This study aims to examine whether there is a significant effect of work stress on job satisfaction among members of the Indonesian National Police (Mabes Polri) in South Jakarta. This research is quantitative, using nonprobability sampling as the sampling technique. The sample used in this study consists 141 participants. The instruments used for measuring variables in this research include the Job Satisfaction Scale constructed by Spector (1993) and the Job Stress Scale constructed by Parker and DeCotiis (1983). The results of this study indicate that work stress has a significant effect on job satisfaction, accounting for 9.4%.
