Abstract

Pada era globalisasi dan Society 5.0 akan berdampak pada tantangan dalam dunia kerja semakin kompleks. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Dukungan Keluarga, Lokus Pengendalian Internal, dan Konsep Diri terhadap Kematangan Karir generasi Z. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) menggunakan alat analisis melalui SmartPLS versi 4.0. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 175 responden dari 6 wilayah yang berada di Jakarta dan dipilih melalui teknik proportionate random sampling dengan survey kuisioner. Analisis data dilakukan melalui uji outer model, inner model, dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil Analisis Jalur Hipotesis penelitian ini menunjukkan 1)Pengaruh Dukungan Keluarga berpengaruh positif secara langsung dan signifikan terhadap Kematangan Karir 2) Pengaruh Lokus Pengendalian Internal berpengaruh positif secara langsung dan signifikan terhadap Kematangan Karir 3)Pengaruh Konsep Diri berpengaruh positif secara langsung dan signifikan terhadap Kematangan Karir. Dengan hasil penelitian tersebut, dapat menjadi pemahaman bahwa pentingnya dukungan keluarga, internal lokus of control dan konsep diri akan kematangan karir terutama generasi Z. ***** In the era of globalization and Society 5.0, challenges in the world of work will become increasingly complex. This study aims to analyze the influence of Family Support, Internal Locus of Control, and Self-Concept on Career Maturity of Generation Z. The method used is a quantitative approach with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique using an analysis tool through SmartPLS version 4.0. The research sample amounted to 175 respondents from 6 regions in Jakarta and were selected through a proportionate random sampling technique with a questionnaire survey. Data analysis was carried out through outer model testing, inner model testing, and hypothesis testing. The results of the Hypothesis Path Analysis of this study show that 1) The Influence of Family Support has a direct and significant positive effect on Career Maturity 2) The Influence of Internal Locus of Control has a direct and significant positive effect on Career Maturity 3) The Influence of Self-Concept has a direct and significant positive effect on Career Maturity. With these research results, it can be understood that the importance of family support, internal locus of control and self-concept for career maturity, especially for generation Z.
