Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis Implementasi Analisis Kebutuhan Pelatihan (TNA) dalam pengembangan karyawan di Unit Collection & Recovery, Permata Bank, Jakarta Timur. Latar belakang masalahnya adalah ketidaksesuaian program pelatihan dengan kebutuhan karyawan, yang berdampak pada rendahnya kinerja unit. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis kebutuhan pelatihan, penerapan TNA, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi, dengan triangulasi data untuk menjaga keabsahan. Hasil utama menunjukkan bahwa implementasi TNA belum optimal karena keterbatasan kompetensi tim Learning & Development dan kurangnya keterlibatan karyawan, menyebabkan pelatihan tidak relevan dan kurang efektif. Faktor penghambat meliputi minimnya dukungan manajemen, waktu terbatas, dan resistensi terhadap perubahan, meskipun fasilitas pendukung pelatihan tersedia. Direkomendasikan agar Permata Bank menyelenggarakan pelatihan khusus TNA bagi tim Learning & Development, menyusun pedoman TNA, serta melakukan benchmarking dan evaluasi berkala untuk perbaikan berkelanjutan. ***** This research analyzed the implementation of training need analysis (TNA) for employee development at Permata Bank's Collection & Recovery Unit in East Jakarta. The issue stemmed from a mismatch between training programs and employee needs, leading to suboptimal unit performance. The study aimed to describe training needs, TNA application, and influencing factors. Employing a descriptive qualitative case study method, data was gathered via interviews, observations, and documentation, validated through triangulation. Findings revealed TNA implementation was suboptimal due to L&D implementers' limited competence and insufficient employee involvement, resulting in irrelevant and ineffective training. Inhibiting factors included minimal management support, time constraints, and resistance to change, despite adequate training facilities. Recommendations included specialized TNA training for L&D, standardized TNA guidelines, benchmarking, and regular evaluation for continuous improvement.
