Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan belajar abad 21, kompetensi digital, dan motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Bogor. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh pentingnya pendidikan dalam membentuk prestasi akademik, terutama di tengah tantangan era digital dan kebutuhan keterampilan abad 21. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan teknik analisis data Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM–PLS). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X dan XI jurusan Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis sejumlah 281 siswa, dengan sampel terpilih sejumlah 167 siswa melalui teknik proporsianate sampling berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Variabel bebas meliputi lingkungan belajar abad 21 (lingkungan keluarga, sekolah, dan masyarakat), kompetensi digital (penggunaan teknologi untuk belajar, komunikasi, dan penilaian), serta motivasi belajar (faktor internal dan eksternal). Berdasarkan hasil analisis, seluruh variabel memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar, artinya jika ketiga variabel tersebut meningkat, maka prestasi belajar siswa juga semakin meningkat.****This research aims to determine the influence of the 21st-century learning environment, digital competency, and learning motivation on student learning achievement at SMK Negeri 1 Bogor. The background of this research is based on the importance of education in shaping academic achievement, especially amidst the challenges of the digital era and the need for 21st-century skills. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method and Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) data analysis technique. The population in this study consists of all students in grades X and XI majoring in Office Management and Business Services, totaling 281 students, with a selected sample of 167 students through proportionate sampling technique based on Slovin's formula. The independent variables include the 21st-century learning environment (family, school, and community environment), digital competency (the use of technology for learning, communication, and assessment), and learning motivation (internal and external factors). Based on the analysis results, all variables have a positive and significant effect on learning achievement, meaning that if these three variables increase, the students' learning achievement will also increase.
