Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh minimnya kesadaran siswa untuk bersikap atau berakhlak baik kepada guru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk 1) mengetahui adakah pengaruh pergaulan teman sebaya terhadap akhlak siswa kepada guru di SMAN 76 Jakarta dan 2) mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pergaulan teman sebaya terhadap akhlak siswa kepada guru di SMAN 76 Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Tempat dilaksanakannya penelitian ini yaitu di SMAN 76 Jakarta. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas XI yang berjumlah 131 siswa dengan total sampel yaitu 99 sampel. Metode pengumpulan yang digunakan adalah observasi dan angket (kuesioner). Teknik analisis data yaitu: statistik deskriptif, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji linearitas, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dilihat pada uji yang terakhir yaitu uji regresi quadratic yang menunjukkan adanya pola hubungan yang membentuk kurva U (U-Shape) dengan besar pengaruh 0,246 atau 24,6%. Kemudian perhitungan titik balik menunjukkan pengaruh pergaulan teman sebaya mulai berubah arah terjadi pada nilai pergaulan teman sebaya sebesar 71,08. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa jika skor pergaulan teman sebaya <71,08 maka pergaulan tersebut cenderung menurunkan akhlak siswa kepada guru atau berpengaruh negatif, begitupun sebaliknya. ***** This study is motivated by the lack of awareness of students to behave or have good morals to teachers. The purpose of this study is to 1) find out whether there is an influence of peer association on the morals of students to teachers at SMAN 76 Jakarta and 2) find out how much influence peer association has on the morals of students to teachers at SMAN 76 Jakarta. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. The place where this research was conducted was at SMAN 76 Jakarta. The population in this study is class XI students totaling 131 students with a total sample of 99 samples. The collection methods used were observation and questionnaire. Data analysis techniques are: descriptive statistics, validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study can be seen in the last test, namely the quadratic regression test which shows a relationship pattern that forms a U curve (U-Shape) with a large influence of 0.246 or 24.6%. Then the calculation of the turning point shows the effect of peer association begins to change direction occurs at the value of peer association of 71.08. These results indicate that if the score of peer association <71.08 then the association tends to reduce the morals of students to teachers or have a negative effect, and vice versa.
