Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran video interaktif berbasis Genially pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Arab pada siswa kelas 7 di MTs Istiqlal Jakarta serta menilai kelayakan dan efektivitas media tersebut dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh kebutuhan akan media pembelajaran yang inovatif dan menarik untuk meningkatkan motivasi serta pemahaman siswa terhadap materi Bahasa Arab. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri atas lima tahap, yaitu Analysis (analisis kebutuhan siswa), Design (perancangan media interaktif), Development (pengembangan konten dan fitur media), Implementation (penerapan di kelas), dan Evaluation (evaluasi media pembelajaran oleh ahli dan siswa). Produk yang dikembangkan berupa video interaktif yang memuat materi kosakata, teks bacaan sederhana dalam Bahasa Arab, kaidah bahasa Arab, serta dilengkapi dengan audio, ilustrasi visual, serta kuis interaktif yang disusun menggunakan platform Genially. Validasi dilakukan oleh ahli materi dan ahli media, dengan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas video interaktif pembelajaran bahasa Arab yang dikembangkan melalui platform Genially memperoleh penilaian sebagai berikut: 1) Dari ahli materi, video pembelajaran interaktif mendapatkan skor 94%, dengan kategori sangat layak, pada skala penilaian 80-100%. 2) Dari ahli media, video interaktif juga dinilai sangat layak dengan skor 92% 3) Respon siswa terhadap video interaktif yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan sebesar 81,4%, yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat layak. Dengan demikian, video interaktif berbasis Genially dinilai sangat layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran bahasa Arab di MTs Istiqlal Jakarta. ***** This study aims to develop Genially-based interactive video learning media in Arabic language subjects for grade 7 students at MTs Istiqlal Jakarta and assess the feasibility and effectiveness of the media in supporting the learning process. The background of this research is based on the need for innovative and interesting learning media to increase student motivation and understanding of Arabic language material. This research uses the ADDIE development model which consists of five stages, namely Analysis (analyzing the needs of students), Design (designing interactive media), Development (developing media content and features), Implementation (application in the classroom), and Evaluation (learning media evaluation by experts and students). The product developed is an interactive video that contains vocabulary material, reading texts in Arabic, grammar of Arabic language, and is equipped with audio, visual illustrations, and interactive quizzes compiled using the Genially platform. Validation was carried out by material experts and media experts, with the results showing that the quality of interactive Arabic learning videos developed through the Genially platform obtained the following assessments: 1) From material experts, interactive learning videos get a score of 94%, with a very feasible category, on a rating scale of 80-100%. 2) From media experts, interactive videos are also rated as very feasible with a score of 92% 3) Student responses to interactive videos used in learning show a satisfaction level of 81.4%, which is included in the very feasible category. Thus, the Genially-based interactive video is considered very feasible to use as Arabic learning media at MTs Istiqlal Jakarta.
