Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan, pola pikir kewirausahaan, dan kelompok sebaya terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha siswa SMK dengan mediasi efikasi diri kewirausahaan. Data primer dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui teknik pengambilan sampel non-probabilitas dengan metode purposive sampling, di mana responden dipilih berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 280 siswa kelas XII SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Bekasi Wilayah Selatan yang telah menerima pendidikan kewirausahaan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survei independen menggunakan kuesioner online. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan, pola pikir kewirausahaan, dan kelompok sebaya berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha siswa SMK. Selain itu, efikasi diri kewirausahaan terbukti berperan sebagai variabel mediasi dalam hubungan antara variabel independen dengan kesiapan berwirausaha. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pendidikan kewirausahaan serta faktor psikologis dan sosial dalam meningkatkan kesiapan siswa SMK untuk berwirausaha. Kata kunci: Pendidikan kewirausahaan, pola pikir kewirausahaan, kelompok sebaya, kesiapan berwirausaha, efikasi diri kewirausahaan, PLS-SEM. ***** This study aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurial mindset, and peer group on the entrepreneurial readiness of vocational school students with the mediation of entrepreneurial self-efficacy. Primary data in this study were obtained through a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method, where respondents were selected based on certain criteria. The research sample consisted of 280 grade XII students of State Vocational Schools in Bekasi Regency, Southern Region who had received entrepreneurship education. Data collection was carried out through an independent survey using an online questionnaire. The research method used is quantitative descriptive with the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (PLS SEM) approach. Data analysis was carried out using the Smart-PLS application 4. The results of the study show that entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurial mindset, and peer group have a positive and significant effect on the entrepreneurial readiness of vocational school students. In addition, entrepreneurial self-efficacy is proven to play a role as a mediating variable in the relationship between independent variables and entrepreneurial readiness. This finding emphasizes the importance of entrepreneurship education as well as psychological and social factors in increasing the readiness of vocational school students to be entrepreneurial.
