Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis jenis serta fungsi tindak tutur lokusi, ilokusi, dan perlokusi dalam film Tuhan, Izinkan Aku Berdosa karya Hanung Bramantyo. Masalah penelitian difokuskan pada bagaimana ketiga jenis tindak tutur tersebut muncul dalam konteks tuturan dan kutipan dialog atau monolog tokoh. Sasaran penelitian ini adalah seluruh tuturan verbal tokoh, baik dialog maupun monolog, sebagai objek kajian pragmatik. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan pragmatik. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik simak bebas libat cakap dan teknik catat. Analisis dilakukan berdasarkan teori tindak tutur Austin dan Searle untuk mengidentifikasi jenis dan fungsi lokusi, ilokusi, dan perlokusi serta efek komunikatif yang ditimbulkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 114 data tuturan, ditemukan dominasi lokusi deklaratif dan ilokusi asertif. Beberapa tuturan mengandung lebih dari satu jenis tindak tutur. Efek perlokusi yang muncul mayoritas bersifat disengaja. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa tuturan dalam film tidak hanya menyampaikan informasi, tetapi juga membentuk emosi dan dinamika sosial antar tokoh. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan kajian pragmatik lanjutan terhadap unsur seperti implikatur atau strategi kesantunan, serta mendorong sineas untuk lebih sadar terhadap kekuatan bahasa dalam membentuk karakter dan konflik. Kata kunci: pragmatik, tindak tutur, film, Hanung Bramantyo ***** This study aims to identify and analyze the types and functions of locutionary, illocutionary, and perlocutionary speech acts in the film Tuhan, Izinkan Aku Berdosa directed by Hanung Bramantyo. The research problem focuses on how these three types of speech acts appear in the context of utterances, both in dialogues and monologues. The target of the study is the verbal utterances of characters, serving as the pragmatic object of analysis. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a pragmatic approach. Data were collected using free participatory observation and note-taking. The analysis is based on Austin’s and Searle’s speech act theory to identify types and functions of locutionary, illocutionary, and perlocutionary acts, along with their communicative effects. The findings show that among 114 utterances, declarative locutions and assertive illocutions are dominant. Some utterances contain more than one type of speech act. Most perlocutionary effects are intentional. These findings indicate that speech in the film serves not only to convey information but also to shape emotion and social dynamics between characters. This study recommends further pragmatic analysis on aspects such as implicature and politeness strategies and encourages filmmakers to be more aware of the power of language in building character and narrative conflict.
