Abstract
Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh manajemen pengetahuan dan budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi, dengan motivasi sebagai variabel mediasi, pada Himpunan Mahasiswa Islam (HMI) Cabang Jakarta Raya. Latar belakang menunjukkan komitmen organisasi yang rendah, diduga karena minimnya partisipasi pelatihan (manajemen pengetahuan) dan budaya organisasi yang belum optimal. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, survei dilakukan pada 202 dari 408 anggota HMI Cabang Jakarta Raya melalui Random Sampling. Data dianalisis dengan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS) menggunakan SmartPLS 4. Hasil menunjukkan: (1) Manajemen pengetahuan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap motivasi. (2) Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap motivasi. (3) Manajemen pengetahuan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. (4) Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. (5) Motivasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. (6) Motivasi memediasi parsial pengaruh manajemen pengetahuan terhadap komitmen organisasi. (7) Motivasi memediasi parsial pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi. Temuan ini mengindikasikan peningkatan manajemen pengetahuan dan penguatan budaya organisasi dapat meningkatkan komitmen, baik langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui motivasi. Implikasi manajerial menyarankan HMI Cabang Jakarta Raya memprioritaskan budaya organisasi dan manajemen pengetahuan, serta program peningkatan motivasi. ***** This study aims to analyze the influence of knowledge management and organizational culture on organizational commitment, with motivation as a mediating variable, at the Himpunan Mahasiswa Islam (HMI) Jakarta Raya Branch. The background indicates low organizational commitment, presumably due to minimal participation in training (knowledge management) and suboptimal organizational culture. Using a quantitative approach, a survey was conducted on 202 out of 408 members of HMI Jakarta Raya Branch through Random Sampling. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 4 software. The results show that: (1) Knowledge management has a positive and significant effect on motivation. (2) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on motivation. (3) Knowledge management has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. (4) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. (5) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. (6) Motivation partially mediates the effect of knowledge management on organizational commitment. (7) Motivation partially mediates the effect of organizational culture on organizational commitment. These findings indicate that improving knowledge management and strengthening organizational culture can directly enhance commitment, as well as indirectly through increased motivation. Managerial implications suggest HMI Jakarta Raya Branch prioritize organizational culture and knowledge management, along with motivation enhancement programs.
