Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh supervisi akademik kepala sekolah terhadap profesionalisme guru sekolah dasar negeri di Kelurahan Kramat Jati. Penelitian ini melibatkan dua variabel, yaitu supervisi akademik sebagai variabel X dan profesionalisme guru sebagai variabel Y. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 163 guru SD Negeri di Kelurahan Kramat Jati, dengan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 116 guru menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling dan rumus Slovin. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Hasil uji normalitas menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0,200 (> 0,05) dan uji signifikansi regresi menghasilkan F hitung sebesar 119,205 lebih besar dari F tabel (3,920) yang mengindikasikan bahwa data berdistribusi normal dan signifikan. Hipotesis diuji menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana, menghasilkan persamaan regresi Ŷ = 50,771 + 0,615X dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 51,1%. Hasil uji t menunjukan t hitung > t tabel (6,130 > 1,658) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga supervisi akademik terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profesionalisme guru sekolah dasar negeri di Kelurahan Kramat Jati. ***** This study aims to determine whether or not the principal's academic supervision has an influence on the professionalism of public elementary school teachers in Kramat Jati Village. This study involves two variables, namely academic supervision as variable X and teacher professionalism as variable Y. The method used is a survey with a quantitative approach. The population of this study was 163 public elementary school teachers in Kramat Jati Village, with a sample of 116 teachers taken using proportional random sampling techniques and the Slovin formula. Data were collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results of the normality test showed a significance value of 0.200 (> 0.05) and the regression significance test produced an F count of 119.205 greater than the F table (3.920) which indicates that the data is normally distributed and significant. The hypothesis was tested using simple linear regression analysis, resulting in a regression equation Ŷ = 50.771 + 0.615X and a coefficient of determination of 51.1%. The results of the t-test showed that t count > t table (6.130 > 1.658) with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, so that academic supervision was proven to have a positive and significant influence on the professionalism of public elementary school teachers in Kramat Jati Village.
