Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi gambaran kualitas hidup kesehatan pada peserta didik Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri di DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan metode kuantitatif dengan melibatkan 5.930 peserta didik sebagai responden yang diperoleh melalui teknik convenience sampling dari 14 SMP Negeri yang tersebar di tiga wilayah administratif. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah KIDSCREEN-10. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara keseluruhan peserta didik memiliki kualitas hidup kesehatan pada kategori tinggi. Meski demikian, penelitian ini menemukan perbedaan rerata skor anatara peserta didik laki-laki dan perempuan. Melalui penelitian ini juga ditemukan bahwa domisili peserta didik dengan kondisi ekonomi makro wilayahnya tidak selalu memberikan pengaruh ke arah negatif pada skor kualitas hidup kesehatan. Meski demikian, faktor ekonomi dalam rumah tangga masih memiliki pengaruh terhadap skor kualitas hidup kesehatan. Selain itu, faktor usia juga dapat menentukan skor kualitas hidup kesehatan. ***** This study aims to identify the health-related quality of life among students at public junior high schools in Jakarta. This study is a descriptive study using quantitative methods, involving 5,930 students as respondents obtained through convenience sampling techniques from 14 public junior high schools spread across three administrative regions. The data collection instrument used was the KIDSCREEN-10. The results showed that overall, students have a high health-related quality of life. However, this study found differences in the average scores of male and female students. This study also found that the domicile of participants who grew up in the macroeconomic conditions of their region did not always have a negative influence on health-related quality of life scores. However, economic factors in the household still have an influence on health-related quality of life scores. In addition, age factors can also determine health-related quality of life scores.
