Abstract
Keterampilan siswa abad 21 merupakan kemampuan esensial yang harus dimiliki oleh peserta didik agar dapat menghadapi dinamika kehidupan modern. Keterampilan ini mencakup aspek berpikir kritis, kreativitas, komunikasi, dan kolaborasi, yang harus ditanamkan melalui proses pembelajaran yang aplikatif dan relevan dengan kebutuhan masa kini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh pengalaman belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran ekonomi serta kemampuan literasi digital siswa terhadap keterampilan siswa abad 21. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif melalui pendekatan survei, serta teknik analisis data SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada siswa kelas XI di SMAN 4 Jakarta, SMAN 20 Jakarta dan SMAN 27 Jakarta. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa baik pengalaman belajar ekonomi dan literasi digital mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan, baik secara langsung maupun secara simultan, terhadap keterampilan siswa abad 21. Hasil ini menekankan pentingnya integrasi antara pengalaman belajar yang bermakna dan kecakapan digital dalam proses pendidikan untuk membekali siswa menghadapi tantangan era global. ***** 21st-century student skills are essential abilities that learners must possess to navigate thedynamics of modern life. These skills encompass critical thinking, creativity,communication, and collaboration, which must be instilled through practical and relevant learning processes aligned with current needs. This study aims to determine the extent to which students' learning experiences in economics and their digital literacy skills influence their 21st-century skills. This study employs a quantitative method using a survey approach, along with SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares) data analysis techniques. The study was conducted on 11th-grade students at SMAN 4 Jakarta, SMAN 20 Jakarta, and SMAN 27 Jakarta. The results indicate that both economics learning experiences and digital literacy have a positive and significant influence, both directly and simultaneously, on students' 21st-century skills. 21st-century skills. These results emphasize the importance of integrating meaningful learning experiences and digital skills in the educational process to equip students to face the challenges of the global era.
